So cute Brittany! I made 30 or so for family and friends this Chrstmas. I cut them at 13 x 9 with 1 1/2 boxed corners. They are perfect. I did find that drawing the corners in and backstitching at that point stopped the seam from coming undone. :)
Thank you! I have tried so many different methods to do these, and none of them are THE way yet. I like your method of stitching the lining and exterior at the sides separately. Can't wait to give it a try!
I can't understand what you're saying in the tutorial on what kind of canvas you're using for the lining. I understand that you're using waterproof cotton for the exterior?? I really like the process that you used to put this together. It is the best tutorial I have seen so far on how to do the boxy bag with no unfinished seams.
