Hi !! Welcome back to my another flight review video.
This time, I want to share my flight experience using Batik Air Malaysia (or previously called as Malindo) from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta. Hope you enjoy.

Lion Group airlines have such a bizarre consistency. Back when they were still branded as Malindo, even though the branding was similar to Lion Air, the service was very much in line with Batik Indo (similar cabin layout, free meals, IFE, business class). But for some reason after they rebrand to Batik Malaysia, they dropped most of those services in their new MAX planes, making it feel like an LCC.
I honestly think that Batik Air Indonesia and Malindo Air are the 2 most inconsistent airlines that i have ever seen, especially their IFE service, Batik fortunately has a BYOD system via Tripper which makes their system more consistent, but there is no such system for Malindo. So you either get working IFE, no IFE, or a broken IFE. Btw: S 🅱innala
This aircraft was supposedly for Lion Air, but Lion Air doesn't want it so they give it to Batik Air Malaysia
So this configuration wasn't meant for Batik Air, no Business Class seat is the Proof
Is this the type of being plane that crashed twice? . Very brave flying with them .
It looks like Batik Air franchise going thru existential crisis at the moment. It was once a hybrid model, offering premium service on low fare but now it went straight low-cost?

Don't add malindo because originally calls batik air without using (malindo)
Used to take Malindo to Jakarta and from Taipei because of spacious seat and video entertainment. Now won't consider this airline anymore.

This flight was from KLIA1
I just flew from Perth on batik business waste of money 5hr 45min journey no video entertainment . The recliner buttons didn't work at all . I was better off in economy. I'm so disappointed business on batik airline is a joke
the worst experience ever!!! I booked a honeymoon from turkey to bali, A week before our flight, we received an email. Stating that our flight was canceled.... To make things worse, they haven't refunded our money. It's been over 2 months, and yet there's no answer... through email, they keep on saying
(WE ARE OVERWHELMED, PLS GIVE US TIME)
It took you a second to take our money, and it's been over 2 months without a clear answer. SHAME ON YOU
