Brother Paul you shared here how you don't see self-forgiveness in scripture. I see how that conclusion has truth. I believe the Bible does still have self-forgiveness, it's just not spelled out that way, one example I believe Jesus wanted Peter to see he was forgiven, in order to forgive himself. I believe that's portrayed in John 21. We always have to remind ourselves what Jesus did for us, that we're forgiven, that He will never leave us, those reminders are forms of self love, and forgiveness.
