Even though Jhope is also doing his best and trying to focus with his performance he makes sure that he wouldn't lose his attention to his members. It's funny that he never misses it when a member make mistakes like he has that power that he spot them right away.

Their lack of ego and willingness to do their best really is a win for them. J-Hope will make a great dad when the time comes if he guides his children the same way he guides his brothers. I wonder if he is picking up on imperfections when his unit is on parade? I bet his marching skills are second to none.

That's why Bts make a great group because of their communication and collaboration skills.
Them reviewing their performances reminds me of athletes "looking at tape" of their games and matches the day after to see what they need to improve on. Hobi has sharp eyes.❤
BTS's choreographers job became easier because of JHope. What an amazing talent.
Doing is one thing, teaching is another. J-Hope is both. However, you can teach someone to dance but you can not teach someone how to teach. Love Hobi!
Leadership can’t be learnt or taught. It was born with. And communication skills always come with hand in hand with leadership. On top of these he is a ball of love and kindness. I have so much respect for him.
It’s their commitment to excel that shaped the group more than anything else. Remember even Bang PD left them to fend for themselves when the money couldn’t be found. And they survived.
I think JHope is extremely observant of everything around him which is why i think the band members say they always go to him for advice (other than dancing advice). That man doesn't miss a thing.

I said it before !jhope can do stage directing or direction music videos , eventually transition to film making!
He has already done it. His input in his entire album making process in his documentary. Now we have another documentary coming where he is heavily involved in the production as well. Also he was a huge part in stage direction in all of BTS performances and his solo ones too including hobipalooza. Man is total all rounder and ace🔥🔥
