A good tip for you trev: when someone is right behind you go more to the inside of the corner to defend. example: if your coming up to a left hander go more to the left to defend and don't follow racing line.

@@divinatilden3823 Mercedes' durability should be nerfed and Honda's power (maybe reliability) should be buffed (although from the first race, it's debatable) but speed definitely should be buffed for Honda. Renault should stay where they are, but realistically, Honda should be better than them.

Just a lil reminder, you get a penalty if you keep the same tire compound on, so switching from soft, to soft would be a bad idea. Loved the video!!!!!!
you might wanna check your wheel settings, some of the turns you're turning your wheel wayyy farther than it shows on the screen but its personal preference. Still an awesome vid! :)
dude there is a way bigger problem of to easy ai going on here. when he gets pole in the first race with the my team car then you know its way to easy. you shouldnt really be able to get out of q1 with that car

Also, when you go to Bahrain it's definitely a power track, but you also need downforce for the middle sector. I'd suggest that you at least put the aero on 6 and 6. You can play around with other settings if you want.
Well Brawn actually had some Intellectual property from the team they originally bought so they had that at least. This game is saying a brand new team who doesn't have that at all so slight difference
Loving this being back, please adjust your settings. For me I would like to see you fighting against William's and such at the back of the grid, making developments, gradually getting better. A little like what McLaren have done over the last few years! That will then make those point finishes even more enjoyable, and a podium finish your be reacting like Lando Norris haha. There's a youtuber named aarava. He knows SO MUCH about F1 Racing and u can learn a bit from him. He already has 2 episodes on this series. He especially know a lot about the R&D (the power, chassis, etc.)

Trev I suggest that you do all of the practices throughout the season and not simulate any of them to get as much resource points as possible for the team, and you can pick what practices you want to show on the video, it can also help you during the races as well with the experiences you have gain on the practices, besides that can't wait for part 2 loving this series so far!
Some stuff I'd like to see in future videos Trev, -> First person view -> Halo pillar turned off -> Using overtake button and ERS management -> Virtual Rear mirror is useful too. Great videos man!

Couple of things I noticed, and I'm not an expert but i play these games a lot. 1. You gotta calibrate your wheel to 180 degrees. Then if you rotate your wheel that much, itll be full lock on the car. If you go in the thrust master settings you can do that. You'll get much more precise turn in. 2. Manage your ERS system. All those buttons on your wheel do something! You can choose when to deploy and how much as you're driving. Its automatic in this game, so what's more important is fuel management. Itll help with speed! Check that out. 3. Strategy wise, in a VSC, it's sometimes good to pit as everyone else is going slower so you lose less time. 4. When you're developing parts for the car idk I'd you saw the failure percentage but maybe keep an eye on those to guide your choices. 5. For the interviews youre right that answers will affect different departments and you can usually tell which ones they will affect. My suggestion is do a race or two nd see what you want to improve on the car based on how it feels and then use the answers in interviews to boost those departments. Keep it up! Cant wait to see you and the car improve during this series!
Also, you can edit the car layout and whatnot to give more down force, brake response, etc and really customize it to your feeling. You can also change how much fuel you have so your weight is lighter. All this has to be done before the race starts (park ferme regulation) so explore that too!

Trev you should calibrate your wheel to have a smaller angle. Limit it to like 180° so you don't have to cross your arms awkwardly every corner
