  • Thinking that the super-minimal REVO System is right for your deck or staircase? You're in the right place!
In this video, Tyler teaches you how to install HASS REVO Lag Tensioners; used whenever you need a tensioner at a wall or column. These fittings tension the cables from one side using a lag receiver and turnbuckle.

My project will be using Aluminum sleeved 4x4 posts. How is the installation different using sleeved vs not sleeved posts?

We typically don't recommend using the REVO System for sleeved posts. The AXIS System works better in cases like these. You can find a tons of AXIS How-To videos on our channel. If you need additional help planning your system, you can set up a consultation with us here: bit.ly/4fjBa95

How long of a run can you make within the tensioning limits of your three product offerings?

Hi Jeffrey! We recommend 70' as the max length of a single run with one tensioner and end stop. Longer runs require some special considerations, so if you are looking to plan out a system like this, you can book an appointment with one of our cable railing technicians. They can answer any questions you might have, as well as help you plan out your own custom system. e-rigging.com/pages/book-appointment

@@HAASCableRailing Thanks! I did book an appointment and spoke to Tyler yesterday. He was very helpful! I will be sending to him an outline of my project so that he can help me with making sure that my order is complete. I researched many systems including Feeney and Cable Bullet and everything suggests that your systems are the absolute best for my needs! As my project is a very big one…….all volunteers are welcomed!

why is this kit so long? does HAAS make anything where the cable is "hidden" inside the post with internal tensioner?

We do! It's the HAAS Stainless REVO Thru-Post Tensioner. It effectively hides the tensioning component inside the termination post, and can only be used if the backside of that post is accessible. You can watch this video to learn more ua-cam.com/video/ZCdkItqVNK8/v-deo.html
