i love your 'same tune' as you create. To me it makes your sessions more fun and cheery. Keep it up! I have used lots of scraps up stripping them and creating backgrounds over the years.
I absolutely love this card. The rainbow of colour strips added to the paper is awesome. At first look I thought you had used vellum but using white pigment ink was genius. The whole card ties together. Another great video. 👏👏
I'm here for you and all your lovely jingles. You spread joy. I love this card. I don't know what it is... but I love to strip it up too. It's so satisfying.
Delightful card, Laura. Using the white pigment ink is so clever. I'll be adding this to my list of techniques for my cards. I've been using your striped backgrounds--they are great to work with. tfs-stay well.
So attractive to have the rainbow for a Valentine! The white hearts are dreamy on it. I’m going right over to look at the outline LOVE die. I think I need it in my collection, right? 😉 TFS this today, stay warm there in IL, we’re trying to do that here in WI, too. 🌈 💌
It's freezing here in our little corner of Idaho, too. 18° at 2 p.m.! 🥶 Not a fan! Know what I AM a fan of? This beatimous card! 😍 Thanks for bringing a little warmth to the day! ❤
Great use of white pigment ink...to me, you "vellumed" with ink instead of paper...genius! Keep up the singing, please. As our grandson tells me, "you have a song for everything, Nonna." Bloomington IL received a lot of snow , wind and freezing temperatures....don't hate me, I love the ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
Your card is so fun! And you are funny to listen to! 😂 I bought some of those reverse sentiments in the past and mine looked faded. 👎🏼 not real black as yours were. Maybe I got a bad batch 🤔 I might need to give them another look. TFS!
Beautiful! When I saw the thumbnail I wondered if you used vellum. White pigment ink! I always forget to get out my white pigment ink. Great idea. All your tunes sound like they were composed by the same musical genius, but they are all distinct in their own right :)
You could do a card with a monkey standing on his head whistling Dixie and I’d love it. You do make me smile and that’s what gets us all thru the days. No monkey, but a great rainbow order card. Thanks Lorna from the UK xx
I really like this take on the strips. Die cutting always seems like you end up with little missing bits. So now you can go ice skating on all that frozen water.
Oh yes, we’re freezing in Canada too. Last week the temperature was -30C which is close to -30F. And then our furnace failed, eek! Fortunately our furnace company was able to diagnose the problem that day & install a new furnace the next day. We had space heaters running on both levels of our home. It was still pretty darn chilly. The husband is happy: I broke out the flannel sheets & he’s not letting go of them!
Very cool way to use white ink. Absolutely love it and I also love that this Valentine is gender neutral. Perfect! By the way, Amy R (Prarie Paper & Ink) always refers to your “dimension is life” song. She agrees but won’t sing it. I think you should help her out with that! LOL! Love your cards, love your videos, love you❣️ Please show some pics of Hank.
Fantastic card. I never tire of your rainbow stripping cards. The word die "Love" is stunning in the gold. Thanks for all your crafty talents you share with us. You are the best. 🤗 Stay warm!
Never...and I do mean, NEVER...would I have thought to do a stenciled image in white on colored cardstock like that! But WOW! That simple step really added so much to the design! Love it! ❤️ (Tell Hank to be careful on the ice!)
Beautiful card Laura. Thank you for another great video. So enjoy watching and listening to you. Keep warm and stay safe and well. 👏💕
Gorgeous. Love the bright colours
I love this technique. Great results!

What a neat technique. Would never have thought of using white ink over the stripes but I love it.
I absolutely love this card. The rainbow of colour strips added to the paper is awesome. At first look I thought you had used vellum but using white pigment ink was genius. The whole card ties together. Another great video. 👏👏
Yes, what a great alternative to vellum for a transparent look.
Love this card Laura!!
I love this!
Love this! 🎤 🎶
Here I am, two months later, and I’m lovin’ it all again. Classic Laura Bassen is just that … classic. And beautiful, of course!
What a lovely comment, Elizabeth!
Love your technique for using spray adhesive on delicate die cuts. Love the heart mask too.
It helps so much!
I'm here for you and all your lovely jingles. You spread joy. I love this card. I don't know what it is... but I love to strip it up too. It's so satisfying.
Strip it up!
Another lovely card.
So pretty!!!!!!
Delightful card, Laura. Using the white pigment ink is so clever. I'll be adding this to my list of techniques for my cards. I've been using your striped backgrounds--they are great to work with. tfs-stay well.
Glad Laura inspired you, Helen!
Beautiful card!
This is so stinkin' cute! At first glance, I totally thought the hearts were vellum, but you're right Laura it is so fresh with the ink!
Melissa me too. That was exactly my thought.
Love it Laura!!
Lovin' it❣😁
Love the card!
Another awesome card. I like to strip it up too. Nice way to use up scraps also great for masculine cards. Keep it going with rainbows and strips.
When I saw the thumbnail, I thought the hearts were vellum, lol. This us a great way to use up leftover strips. Beautiful card!
For sure!
Love this Laura. When I saw this at first I thot it was vellum on a striped background. Kudos for the idea! As always, love the humor ☺️
Beautiful!!
Love it!
Sooo cute. I thought you had used vellum for the hearts until I saw the video. Loved that idea!
Love the love ❤️
I totally thought it was vellum hearts. Great job Laura
Always entertaining
Because dimension is life 👩🏻🎤🎵❤️
Love this card! Love it when you strip it up!!
Strips ....are LIFE!

When I saw the thumbnail I thought you used vellum for the hearts. But white pigment ink! Beautiful!
Yes, a nice change!
Great idea, as usual. Love that LOVE die. Why have I been trying to cut sentiments with a trimmer? The dies work so much better. Thank you, Laura.
Amen! You will never regret getting them!
Great use of white pigment ink...to me, you "vellumed" with ink instead of paper...genius! Keep up the singing, please. As our grandson tells me, "you have a song for everything, Nonna." Yay! another singer!
I love this card!! I never would have thought to use white pigment ink like that - I thought it was velum originally! ❤️
Me too! I was sure it was vellum.
Wasn't that a great tip?
Your card is so fun! And you are funny to listen to! 😂 I bought some of those reverse sentiments in the past and mine looked faded. 👎🏼 not real black as yours were. Maybe I got a bad batch 🤔 I might need to give them another look. TFS!
Hmmmm, yes they are black. That's odd.
Love it
Beautiful! When I saw the thumbnail I wondered if you used vellum. White pigment ink! I always forget to get out my white pigment ink. Great idea.
All your tunes sound like they were composed by the same musical genius, but they are all distinct in their own right :)
Yes! That vellum look without worrying about how to adhere it!
Absolutely love this card!! I thought the hearts were out of vellum!! Just beautiful!!❤️❤️❤️
Wasn't that a great surprise?!
You could do a card with a monkey standing on his head whistling Dixie and I’d love it. You do make me smile and that’s what gets us all thru the days. No monkey, but a great rainbow order card. Thanks Lorna from the UK xx
Haha, Lorna! We know what you mean!
@@SimonSaysStamp ooops, sorry. Obviously I got excited. Laura, of course!
Do you think I would get the same effects if I cut out vellum hearts and glued them on?
I really like this take on the strips. Die cutting always seems like you end up with little missing bits. So now you can go ice skating on all that frozen water.
We're glad it inspired you!

I love doing the strips also! Your videos are always so fun and uplifting, love your sense of humor, you make me giggle...
So glad Laura makes you laugh!

Just beautiful! Love everything about this - the gorgeous stripes, the white hearts, the sentiment and sequins, the SINGING! 😄
Very cool way to use white ink. Absolutely love it and I also love that this Valentine is gender neutral. Perfect!
