Just FYI: the trains in the yard and tracks make a LOT of noise, often late at night or early in the morning. My buddy lived in Crosstown and it was unbearable they ended up selling and moving even though they had a million dollar view of the Northshore. I live and work a LITTLE bit further away from the tracks in Gastown and I can still hear the trains, but it's more bearable and is about the same as the other street noise and commercial vehicles etc. Just something people need to be aware of and factor that in your decision.
I know what you mean about lofts sometimes feeling super cold--they need a lot of strategy to work with them and warm them up. Also LOVING the vibes of this video keep it up! Also not about to dox my family, but if you chose one of these, you'd be my brother's building buddy--they're renting a gorgeous loft space, and I love what they've done with it. 😂
Can't recall from your previous videos, but have you checked out XL Lofts on W.8th and Cambie? Have always liked those units, but the strata seems very high (~$900/mo)
Love the video but it's pretty demoralizing knowing that an entry level apartment in Vancouver is roughly ~$900,000. I'm just starting out my career, and that seems unachievable for me.
To be fair, if you're okay not making aesthetic content about your place and just want somewhere to live near transit, you can get a place for much less than that. Still sad that these lofts are almost a million though
I'm curious what your down payment is. I've been looking to buy a place in Vancouver too, but my down is making me look more into Surrey and Langley instead
spent a lot of time building towards the down payment, you won't catch me doing less than a 20% DP to avoid the extra insurance cost (below 20%) as I'm sure you know. My partner and I are both putting our resources into this, I won't pretend it's just me. AND I will say the highest priced ones here are helpful for me to look at, but sometimes you look a little above what your range is to see what's out there. So as we speak im still building up that dp more and more, but 20% is what I'll eventually go in at if not more (also another reason im not rushing to buy, bigger dp will just save money long term ofc) 🤙 Langley is something we've also looked at, not a bad option, we just mostly work out of van 👀📍
nice places but not for those prices lol. you could get a nice townhouse in surrey or burnaby or the same price. Good location but I'd just commute from Burnaby at that point
Can’t believe how much it costs to live in a fairly average city with kinda shit weather. I would never buy there unless I grew up there and had an attachment. These spaces are cool but like….not THAT cool really.
finally, I been waiting for part 2
No, l don't know East Cordova,.....
?......😮 what DO they say??!!
@@RakeshSingh-lj4hh Rakesh, turn that frown upside down champ
All cool. but not prices
also... to pay almost 1 million and have washer/dryer next to your bed?! Like really

I haven’t watched yo for ages not. Crazy how much you grew… you seem way more comfortable around the camera. Keep it up! ❤
Those prices are not okay. In my country you buy an entire house for €500.000
850k, 950k, wtf are those prices, those are pretty much all tiny and awful wow
Welcome to Vancouver bc lol
CAD
It's insane here. And the cost of houses is far, far worse!
I really like the high ceilings in lofts :)
Love number 1 but number 3 also has so much potential!!
Love the edit and your humour! New subscriber from the UK! Big up the algorithm for showing me your videos 😂. Love these videos touring apartments!
appreciate you Jeremy 🙏😄 writing the next joke as we speak
I agree with you number 1 is my fav the rest not so much.
That one you show at 7:50 is so close to my work office, I have a great view of the port cranes and the cruise ships as they pull out to sea.
I LOVE CONCRETE FLOOR! 😆 Planning to renovate our bedroom floor soon!

Nice places! I love lofts too but the area is not ideal to say the least lol.... also would the train noise be a problem?
Fellow Vancouverite here. Good stuff!
👋👋
I LOVE THE FIRST ONEEE
AAAHHH THIS IS SO GOOD !!
💛
fun video. 🎉. There are a lot of things you can do to that apartment specially building stairs to the roof😊. Love that apartment. Very posh❤.slik😊
The first step! 🪜 haha. thanks !
all beautiful but I love the first one!
Love the first, perfect
the last one is beautiful
I live in Toronto and have been looking for a hard loft. Love the videos!
Most of Loft units can be found at Downtown district but not many located at Richmond …. etc
love them lofts
Gastown is skid row. The bubble is about to burst, buy at your own peril.
New office looking sharp
🙏
The first one with the bookshelf all the way up there. Who's putting stuff up there and HOW are you going to dust up there?
Lebron James will keep his stuff there
If you get the one on Seymour you’ll have the option of 2 Chipotles you can go to eat!
SOLD
the one near the BC Place is trash, I wouldn't even count it as Chipotle.
Anyone buying an apartment for 800k is crazy, I’ll love to see this bubble burst in five years
Hi Adam.
Are there HOA fees for downtown Vncvr lifts?
Thx,

Yes I know this building! Was keeping an eye out for one with an interesting space / layout 👀

You can get stuff for a lot less but it’s gonna be 500 sqf or less, or a studio.
Come move to downtown Edmonton and make it better. The more people living here, the better!
No... I recently bought a 7 year old, 700 sq foot 1 bdrm for 775... Fairview area, 20min walk from downtown
A 1000 sq.ft LOFT apartment is not "entry level" apartment...
damn i thought london prices were rough, jeez
I love the $749k and $949k one! Haha!
Let's go!!!!

Do you apply for a permit to fly a drone downtown?

Hey man I wanted to know that which online course did u take up for this?
Real Estate Trading Services - UBC Sauder School of Business. Here in BC it's just the one single place you can do it is there!
Gotta get the to afford these apartments
I wanna know if this is in cad or usd
cad, Vancouver canada 🤙
you could skip the casino and just buy NVDA :P
now this is good advice 🙏
yeah just go back in time and you will be all good.
🙌🏼💯
Do not buy in gastown. Man that neighbourhood has gone downhill
$CAD or $USD prices?
cad 🤙
you’re so quirky here HAHAAHAH
been waiting for this one
All that just to say you can't afford any of them?
I’m sure he can afford them. He makes good money based on his older videos.
people do not always buy the first place they see
