I got my catalyst done yesterday, was having a pretty awful day pvp wise but I had a highlight game where I was just outgunning EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHERS with this thing, like winning 1v3-4s reminded me that this thing has insane chaining capabilities just like old vex with RoF
Using Thorn with Necrotic Grips is so fun
Once everyone gets the catalyst I suspect everyone will be using that gun

@@Zell_07fusions aren’t really that much of an issue rn, it’s just smgs and titans, yeah fusions are annoying but since they changed the charge light to purple is easy to tell that it’s a fusions and you need to peek shoot them

I've always been a huge fan of thorn, but now that the catty is out, I'm maining thorn until craftable hawkmoon comes out.

Might be just me or i'm crazy but the guns feels a lot more inconsistent after I got the catalyst on. YES the range difference is noticeable but man, the bloom got worse. The only thing that fixes it is getting the perk to activate.

I’ve been using thorn since d1 and never left the gun no matter how mid it got. The gun does feel better than ever but it pains me because I know bungie will now nerf it to the ground and I will have no choice but to not use it 😔😂

could be the sensor of his mouse getting tapped as he lifts it and swipes to reset the position. happens to me sometimes, setting the sensor to have a lower range fixed it for me
