Hello first of all thanks for watching the video. Safety valve k niche jo blue rubber hai woh half lid k bahar & half lid k under adjusted rehta hai. May be u got the defective one. U should contact to the seller.
If cooker is pressurized, then cooker lid clip can be opened or not? If yes, then lid will take off like a rocket as soon as we open the clip and will hit the ceiling. If No, then how locking mechanism working in pressurized condition?
First kindly check the whistle is clean or not. If some food stuck inside then it may create prob like this. If its ok then check the water or food quantity if its high then it will take long time for whistle. If everything is normal then i think ur cooker is faulty. U should contact the seller coz its come under long time warranty.
Helpful video,I recently purchased this model in steel. But when I cook daal it’s water is very much reduced&daal becomes dry. Difficult to understand how much water it needs to cook. Sometimes rice also burns without whistling. In totality not satisfied like previous aluminium ones. More so this is so heavy also.
Sorry for late reply Thanks for ur application There is a perfect measurement for making rice in cooker. First u have to soak rice for 30 mins. Then add double water as compared to the quantity of rice. For an example if a take 1 cup rice then add 2 cups of water. Then ur rice will not get burnt. I bought a Prestige clip on stainless steel cooker at RS 4000/-. 3 litres. Have used it only twice. Food got burnt both times inspite of keeping it on sim flame.
I think ur cooker is faulty. Or else the rubber is loose. If the rubber is loose then u can notice the vapour will come out from the cooker. Maybe this might be the issue.
Sorry mam I use to keep the rice in the vessel for that how much water to put in the cooker bcoz yesterday I have purchased and today I have used whistle sound has not come that the problem

Hello, I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat. Last week we purchased the Prestige 3 litre clip on pressure cooker and even after correctly following the instructions experience too much spilling from the weight end where the whistle blows. Even the whistle doesn't blow properly. Despite having visited the Prestige service center twice, no change in the spilling and overflow.
@@Laxmi_1298I had the same usduet. Tne pressure was not building up inspite of putting the weight, and there was steam coming from every where. Tne lid was locked properly. I out it off as I was a little afraid. I was wondering what the black button near the safety valve was for, it says " press to open"

CLIP ON Very bad experience ; purchased since 1 year couldn't use more than 2 days. Gasket not available anywhere. Purchased from LULU Hypermarket No spare anywhere. From day 1 of use steam goes from gasket area end up no vissile. Food burn inside.

mam I think background music is too loud, using some software you can probably lower the music volume whenever you are talking and also reduce the overall volume of the music

Yeah u can make but first spread some bay leaves in the bottom of the cooker then pot rice over the bay leaves. It will prevent the rice to get stick into the bottom And obviously bay leaves will give a nice flavour to ur biryani. I just bought a 2 lt clip on pressure cooker. It brought in so much of displeasure & pain. The quality control at ttk is disfuncional and they are releasing products without testing. My family has been loyal to the brand since 1965. Ttk is no longer a trusted brand. I lost 9 days in trying the cooker hoping it will build pressure. It failed miserably
I'm feeling very bad for u ma'am. But I'm using it from last 3 to 4 months & itz working fine. I have uploaded couple of recipe videos while using this product u can check it out. I'm completely satisfied with the performance & quality of the product.
Hard Anodized is not non stick... I am using Hawkins Hard Anodized kadai.But after few years of regular use,the coating will going to run away and aluminium base will comes out. So it's better to buy Triply stainless steel cooker.

First of all time for whistles always depends on the quantity of the food. If u cooking less then it will take less time to get whistles. U have to adjust the flame while using this cooker coz as I realised the bottom part is not as much thick like the normal cooker . So if u r cooking biryani, fried rice, polao then adjust the flame.

In this pressure cooker rice can be cook with using another steel vessel in it or without any vessel or both way ?
In this Cooker u don't have to use any other vessel for cooking rice. U can use this Cooker like a normal Cooker.
This Cooker is just like a normal Cooker . The only difference is it is an upgraded version of our ordinary Cooker.

Hello, I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat.
Last week we purchased the Prestige 3 litre clip on pressure cooker and even after correctly following the instructions experience too much spilling from the weight end where the whistle blows.
Even the whistle doesn't blow properly.
Despite having visited the Prestige service center twice, no change in the spilling and overflow.
You need to press the clip that is in the opposite of the valve after closing the pressure cooker n u won't hv this problem
@@Laxmi_1298I had the same usduet. Tne pressure was not building up inspite of putting the weight, and there was steam coming from every where. Tne lid was locked properly. I out it off as I was a little afraid.
I was wondering what the black button near the safety valve was for, it says " press to open"

But kuch kuch logo ka yeh kehna hai ki is cooker me kabhi kabaar thik se pressure nahi Banta. But mere saath kabhi bhi Aisa nahi hua.

Agar apne hard anodized Cooker kharida hoga jaisa ki maine is video me use kia hai tab to bohot hi bariya performance ap isse expect kar sakte ho. Kyuki steel k Cooker me thora bohot khana bottom me chipakta hai. But is Cooker me utna hadh tak khana nai chipakta .... Lekin ap iska performance nonstick Cooker jaisa expect mat karna. Baki ye Cooker apne cost k hisab se achhi hai. Bas isme agar ap kuch b pressure cook karo to water ka level half se thora kam rakhna warna paani upar se overflow hoga jo ki normal Cooker me bhi hota hai.

Yeah u can make but first spread some bay leaves in the bottom of the cooker then pot rice over the bay leaves.
It will prevent the rice to get stick into the bottom
And obviously bay leaves will give a nice flavour to ur biryani.

I just bought a 2 lt clip on pressure cooker. It brought in so much of displeasure & pain. The quality control at ttk is disfuncional and they are releasing products without testing. My family has been loyal to the brand since 1965. Ttk is no longer a trusted brand. I lost 9 days in trying the cooker hoping it will build pressure. It failed miserably
I'm feeling very bad for u ma'am.
But I'm using it from last 3 to 4 months & itz working fine.
I have uploaded couple of recipe videos while using this product u can check it out.
I'm completely satisfied with the performance & quality of the product.

Hard Anodized is not non stick... I am using Hawkins Hard Anodized kadai.But after few years of regular use,the coating will going to run away and aluminium base will comes out.
So it's better to buy Triply stainless steel cooker.
Ceramic cookware are best for health

First of all time for whistles always depends on the quantity of the food. If u cooking less then it will take less time to get whistles.
U have to adjust the flame while using this cooker coz as I realised the bottom part is not as much thick like the normal cooker . So if u r cooking biryani, fried rice, polao then adjust the flame.

Matlab upar ka dhakkan bs change kara hain.. which is also a waste.. weight badha diya hain.. baaki citi se paani abhi bhi bahar ata hain aur rubber ring abhi bhi hain... don't waste your money on this.. ye bs asthetically accha hain/

Hello mam ye cooker mere pas v hai please mam aap ye bataye ki jab v mai es ko band karti hu to isame jo chote chhote holl hai usame se isaka sara bhap bahar aane lagta hai or siti nahi lag pati hai kyo ??please help me mam
I think apko iska jo rubber wala jo band hai usse change karne ki jarurat hai. Jab band loose hota hai to Cooker se bhap bahar nikal jata hai aur andar bhap nahi ban pati.

Tab apke Cooker me hi kuch defect hoga. Ap ekbar dealer se contact kijie. Kyuki mai isse last 2 months se use kar rahi hu . Mujhe aisi koi dikkat nahi aayi hai.

Maine same yahi prestige clip on cooker kharida. Koi bhi is cooker na kharide bilkul bakwas hai paise barbad krna hai .jaha se pakad kr ke mam lid lga rahi hai vo part bahut garm ho jata hai pakadna mushkil ho jata hai.dusra ye ki pressure issues bahut zyada hai.walb jaldi bahr nahi nikalts jiske karan pressur nahi bnta kisi nukili chiz se walb nikalna padta hai .le dekr paise barbad krna hai.
I think apka cooker kharab hai.
Kyunki mai yeh cooker abhi bhi use karti hu.
It's 5 litres cooker toh month me 5-6 times use ho jata hai.
Till now no issue.
Apka product me possibly manufacturing issue hai.
Agar warranty me hai then plz contact the seller.
