Whips and Flicks, Clips of Whips, eh I can’t decide. Lol either way thanks for clicking on this video and I hope you enjoy, more episodes coming soon ! What car do you want me to do next ? Might stick with Chargers and do the RT.
Thanks for the comment man! I miss my 07 SRT8 , I want to get one again but also want a garage so I don’t have to beat on it in the Winter lol. Soon though!
It’s crazy because a year and a half ago, I bought my 2007 with 100k miles for 11.8k at the dealer, and at the time I was “overpaying” ….. it’s crazy how over priced they are now
I subscribed your channel after i wrote you about the rust video. :) But i´ve to say again, the Chargers of the LX Gen aren´t really bad about rust, and the particular spot at your one is only a little work to fix it and prevent the whole car against rust. The underbody show that these cars are good protected against corrosion. I could tell you about rust problems at Audi/vw, or also many other but the VW/Audi cars are the worst of the area we´re talking about when we think about the LX Gen Chargers. But however, it is a big crime with salting the roads, especially with this kind of salt what we see today at Bavaria, germany, but i don´t know how it is where you life...? The salt is allways not nice, especiall when you´re fixing all by yourself at cars. My Charger R/T Daytona should never see any winter at the bavarian roads, i hope! Because i´ve modded it, also with other wheels and i´ve used a really not common way. Because i had the prevention of a Drift Style Muscle, and so i´ve used 10.5 inche wide 19" arround the car, especially also to get a little more rubber on the rims, because i also build in a set of BC Coilovers, too. At " HEMI-spherical " you can see it, it´s my channel :) But the biggest premission to this particular car, this Charger R/T DAYTONA Top Banana, what is one of only 4000 of its kind, was to get RELIABILITY. And also the 2nd premission is to make it multifuel, or even that i can use LPG/CNG and also Ethanol/Alcohol. I´ll try to make it to use LPG/CNG at 1st, later i´ll see what i can do to get a Ethanol Kit, too. It´s even because at germany they´re crazy about gas prices, the taxes are a lot too much, what is 1 point i´ll try this way. the 2nd is the premission, that i´ll try to could get a possibility to "Make my own fuel", but this is a thing for the future step at the Project & it´s not possible for me still in the moment, because i should also get some acres of land, because you could use plants to get your own oil what you could destill to fuel :) I´ve to increase the knowledge for do anything like this and still in the moment the knowledge isn´t large enough, but hey, i´m working on it! :) But the reliability... i use a 15-Row Oil Radiator with a 180° Motoroil Thermostat & also a 180° Cooling Water Thermostat, even to lowering the whole temperatures of the opperating temps. And this was a big success. I´m also using a 0W40 Mobil1 FS instead the 5W20 with Chrysler MS6395 Specs Motor Oils what are the reccomended. it´s even all to increase reliability! ;) In my eyes the 5W20 Motor Oil has a very very low opperating/Warm/Hot Temperature...and it is thin like water. I can´t use that with a good mention, however the 5.7L HEMI V8 OHV Push Rod engine is a very reliable kind of HEMI in the GEN III Non VVT Version, i would to give it more reliability with the often higher opperating temperatures what comes from the mountain roads at bavaria. That wasn´t nice to see these opperating Oil Temps without Motoroil Radiator Kit, + 5W20 Motor Oil. So i´ve done all these modifications. And yes, it looks great. The overall temperatures are roundabout 20-25°C lower than the stock op.temps now :) What is even nice for an engine. But it´s also why i´m a fan of the 5.7L HEMI & why i´m not so interested in the 6.1L + HEMI Versions. Because there are a lot more options out there at the aftermarket and it is still a really great engine. If i had that luck to life at USA, i can´t tell you how happy i was to get into the next store where you could get all those aftermarket products, junk yards and all those things! Even because i love US Classic cars and these Mopars, or also present american V8 OHV Push Rod Engines from GM or Ford, too. I love this kind of engine Design and i´m professional with these things, i love it! :) Cheers Till
Thank you so much for the comment and sub !!! And yes I’m in Illinois, so the salty roads can be pretty insane here. Wish they had a different way to melt ice lol! I’ll check out your channel !
