For many people, drinking is a way to ease tensions, bond with friends, relax, enjoy a party, or ometimes join the boss for some official fun. But the tryst with alcohol was far from a happy one for Vijay Simha. From being a bright, successful journalist, he went to being a homeless destitute, all because alcohol had a vicious hold on him.
I can relate this i was so addicted to alcohol like i had drank for over 1month continuously like from morning 6 to whole day and sometimes i even slept near of bush my friends would pick me and take to home my parents were extremely distraught by me they evn locked up me in my room ,taken my bike key even though I'd succed to escape but i had to leave at early like 4:30 am and took my cycle and head straightly to wine shop. Ab itne subah kon kholta h m vahi shutter k aage so jata tha even i drank so much that my stomach started to pain or na kuch khata tha kyu ki kuch khate hi mujhe vomit ho jati thi i didn't know why am i doing this bahuto ne samjhaya m din bhar sota tha , anxiety,dar lagna,nind na aana really i was so disturbed ki sometimes I'd think of suicide becoz of this i left my good job paise itne udhar le liye the ki logo n bh dena band kardiya my parents wanted to admit in rehab but i couldn't go coz mujhe to bas pina tha but any how after about 1mnth 10days somthing i stoped drinking and locked myself in my room acchakhasa gym jata tha coz i like to build a good muscle but dosto chodna itna asan nahi tha mujhe dar lagne laga,stomach ach ,nind nahi aati thi ,ulte fulte sapne aate the but becoz of my parents and relatives i manged to escaped from this addiction i was in hangover for more than 20 days m sochta tha liver gaya beta but slowly slowly mujhe normal feel hota gaya tab maine kasam khali itnikhatrnak chiz ko na hi chuo to accha h ab m dosto k sath bhi baithta hu to m bilkul nahi pita except maja,or juice ....sorry dosto thoda lamba ho gaya but m apni story bhi unknown logo tak pahuchana chahta tha ki ye addiction kitni khatarnak h ...thanks agar kisi n puri padhi ho 🙂

I started drinking in 2005 i was in 10th standard it was not an addiction but in 2010 i got used to of alcohol and in 2012 i was an alcohoic where i used to start drinking11:00 am in the morning until 7:00 pm as was doing night shifts and i was addicted to it
I tried to give up alcohol twice in 2014 for 3 months and in2017 for 4 months
I used to drink 1 litre of jim beam or jack daniels a day before i gave it up
And on my day off i used to drink 2 litres of rum in 18 hours with 🚬 cigarettes i was costing me very much and i was getting wrecked mentally physically & financially
But i starteddrinking again i used to buy 5 litre wine cask as it was cheap when i was short on money and finished whole cask during the night
I was very popular drinker among my friends due to my capacity
I became an abuser i assaulted my ex GF numerous of times i picked up lots of fights in clubs and i was arrested few times i had lost my licence for 3 times for a period of 3 months,1 year & 18 months in between 2014 and 2017
I looked after my health as well i was strong 💪 and heavy lifter and my diet was very healthy but I couldn’t give up alcohol
And finally got married and my wife was suffered and suffocated due to my heavy drinking and my aggressive behaviour after drinking
Everyone was unhappy because of my habbit so finally i went to a very famous de addiction doctor and started his medication in feb 2019 and its been over a month i dont even like the smell of alcohol and i drink 🍷 it i vomit on the spot
Now my wife and parents are very happy and i started to feel better healthier
Moral of the story ( i lost my friends, gf’s a lot of money and opportunities because of alcohol and i did hurt lots of people , made bad police records and fought with people but now i am a nice person )
Try to quit alcohol or any other drugs nd tobacco and stay healthy
