Nie wiem,czy odczyta ktoś mój komentarz. Piszę go po raz pierwszy. Otóż ten film przypomina mi moje dziecinstwo. W 1958 roku ja miałam 10 lat, mój brat 9 lat,brat 5 lat i siostra 2,5 roku. Naszą mamę w wieku 30 lat zginęła od uderzenia pioruna. Zostaliśmy z tatą. W wychowaniu nas pomagały babcie,które same już były stare. Pamiętam jak dziś,jako najstarsza z dzieci musiałam wykonywać różne ciężkie pracę. Kiedy patrzę na scenariusz tego filmu to mocno wzruszam się. Przypomina mi się moje trudne dzieciństwo bez ukochanej ,pięknej naszej mamy. Jakie to było niesprawiedliwe. Mam nadzieję, że mama tych dzieci wróci zdrowa , o ile jest chora. My nie mieliśmy takiej nadziei. Moje życie to byłby piękny scenariusz filmu. Pozdrawiam z Polski

Very true!! But I recall when the pregnant mother Fatima was still with the boys, she seldom caressed them. Only, if she was trying to hold them back and they had tantrums because the father left them. Her husband wasn't very nice to her either. Made her do chores even though she complained of headaches etc. You can check the videos on this channel, befor she was taken by a helicopter to give birth. My impression all along was, that Fatima was a very reserved woman, and had not much to say in this family.

Do not be afraid to disciplin, nobody would disagree when you take the boy who slapt you in the face aside and let him know in no uncertain terms this is not acceptable. Now is the time to let them know you are in charge and not the boy. If you do not you will have awful trouble in the future with this boy.
