There isn't too much oil for a 2-stroke which hasn't even been started for the first time, more oil = the cylinder will sustain the original displacements well and will last longer and after breaking it in it will give out more power compared to an engine which has been started and breaked in with too lean oil mixture. Sry for my english
TMGCustom i think he means the gas/air mixture has to much gas in it, and he is right he has the wrong size carburettor jet. Thats quit normal for a first start after changing the exhaust or cilinder because it's better to put in a to large one than a to smal one
Bert Jansen Changing the main jet doesn't affect the amount of oil being injected into the cylinder that much, if you increase the amount of gas going into the cylinder, it just runs richer, and the amount of oil is about the same. Anyway for a first start i would put atleast 3,5-4 % premix, the more oil = the more lifetime the cylinder has
