I’m an Architecture guy and I love this home!! Only one flaw I saw for me. The outdoor living space is a little lacking for the price. I’m specifically speaking of space for covered seating at the pool level.

Yeah... but Frisco is not Plano. If you want to spend 40 minutes getting out of Frisco during rush hour... more power to you.
I lived in Plano (willow bend) for about 3 years... it was the best place to live due to the location and amenities. I’ve lived in frisco for about 4 years now and have hated it. We consistently find ourselves driving back to Plano because there’s more stuff to do, way better restaurants, and Plano it’s just more centrally located for everything that you need. It’s a first world problem to have, but still an annoyance.
Frisco is just too far away and way too spread out. Anyone with enough money will hate living in Frisco over time.
Frisco, it is overrated.
@@longmatey80 Hi my friend. I have lived here in Frisco for about 3 years as well. After selling my home in Little Elm and I love it. Between The Star, Legacy West, downtown Frisco you have plenty of places to eat and shop. Its kind of its own little world. You are correct however during rush hour traffic it's not the best but I would say thats the case in both Plano and Frisco.
Keep in mind I'm originally from Chicago so Dallas traffic to me is not as bad. A lot of my client are relocating from CA and other areas from the west so driving is something most of them are used to.

Yes just built fall of last year.
Master closet should have some glass doors. Not those rods that are found in most homes.
Should also have connected laundry access.
Backyard has no privacy.
