Not related to this deck, but i cracked into mythic on the back of a two card interaction you featured in a video a while ago; Teferi, Temporal Pilgrim with Caretaker's Talent. 24-5 across diamond with very tiny adjustments between tiers. I used my own list, but definitely got the spark from your build, thank you thank you thank you!! A few months ago I cruised into diamond with the easiest platinum grind of all time, same deal. You featured Annie Joins Up with Roxanne, i took that idea into the kitchen, after a day or two of cooking I leveled into diamond so easy. I almost never copy any creator card for card, so i really appreciate how often you bring something to the table thats creative, powerful, and (at least somewhat) competitive. Cheers mate, happy Thanksgiving
Great build. I love Angels rocking the format again and going over the top is always a good strategy. Oh, I always keep my hand because I realized MTG Arena is cycling through probabilities for your draws. Subscribed!! Keep on tapping out and thank you for sharing~! 🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂
So I played 10 matches and won 1. All but two were against monored and the others they cheated omniscience out on turn 3. Maybe it's bad luck but as someone who's always played angels it feels really mid.
I'm at 2 wins 4 losses so far. Absolutely crushed by removal in th elosses, even one match that I had all the protection - mite, sigarda, invasion transformed....
Every deck depends on what the matchmaker will give to you. One person 10-1 deck is another person 1-10. It's very common to make a deck to beat aggro decks after losing too much to aggro and then getting absolute zero aggro opponents.
I've been running angels with removal instead of protection. Just Sheltered by Ghosts and Get Lost, but protection may be a better route. Removal slows it down and gets the opponent to their sweepers.
Love all your decks, wish I had more Rare Wildcards to make more of them. But I never seem to do as good as you, just need to learn to play magic better
I don't really see a reason to run a swamp in this over another Secluded Courtyard - if you only need 1 kicker you can go get a mountain, which you want for Aurelia anyway, so the swamp only really would apply in a super narrow situation where you want to go get a mana for 2nd kicker and don't have enough caverns and courtyards already.
Now you just need to share your secret recipe for getting to be on the play 8 times out of 11 matches and having your opponent leave pre-mulligan at the start of one of the 3 draw games :')
play monored or get good. You don't even have to be a great player to go infinite, just very good. Up your game and you'll have as many wildcards as you need for every set to play any deck you want.
@@OchsSlayer if it was a courtyard that gives the deck 11 black sources ( that’s including the mana rocks) by the time you are double kicking you should have it
I like you, I like your decks, and I know you need to use click bait titles just like everyone else, but its extremely tiring to see so many decks touted as being super strong that actually dont have a germ's chance at a Lysol convention of surviving the first four turns against any of the top 3 decks in standard.
For me this deck was doing nothing. Game1 playing mono White Tokens, Game 2 Omniscience Combo and Game 3 Mono Black Slasher+Demon+Discard... So, like almost every creature tribal deck this standard days!
The mono black discard deck it the worst thing in standard for a while, makes the old mono red with robber of the rich look tame. Completely unfun to play against
It showed him ranking up in high Diamond after every game, indicating that it's neither the "Play" queue, or low level, unless you consider Diamond 2 "low". That being said, I do think he had an abnormally good run. Most of the games that he showed were on the play or just very good matchups with decent hands.

What’s your arena tag ?
Yep. Literally matched up with Boros enchantments and mono black every time… absolutely miserable. Oh well.
This guy always brags about winning but if you watch his matches he plays bad decks or just has good match ups
This was such a satisfying match to watch, man!
Immediately stealing this. Thank you for what you do!
New angels are still as tough as ever!

I’m running white red angels with sheltered by ghosts and some red burn cards for removal

How do you get those cool basic land skins? Specifically the plains one??
Is the wincon of this deck draw Skrelv and hope opponent forgot what that card does and doesn't read it?
I built a less rate intensive version of this deck and while I started in bronze, I am 15-2 with it so far

Its unplayable. The main card Giada always got kill first few turn. Then its boardwipe gg.
Swayze why do you crack your passage so quickly? You can bluff your opponent with an instant and crack the passage on opponent's turn

Oh nice another budget 29 rares & mythic, just another day in the arena

I must be not seeing something but why do you need the swamp? I have check the list and i dont see any black cost 😅
The kicker on archangel of wrath I guess
The swamp isn’t needed
For the kicker cost on Wrath. You can get it off the Cavern, but you can't always guarantee it'll be there.

@@joefaley84 I forgot he was running the courtyard too. He runs Fabled Passage and that is the only reason I could see the swamp being there.
Needs interactive spells
Sunfall
Algoboost

Thank you for this. For some reason, it annoys me when angels aren't at least competitive against mice and bunnies.
