Thanks AGAIN! I'll be locked in the doghouse if I mess up my wife's email while moving her into a new laptop. Having watched a couple of your tutorials I'm feeling ready for the task!

Hi, how do I transfer the MS Outlook data files from one computer to another without having backed them up? I ask because the Source file Computer broke down and i can access the data files from its drive but cant run the application to export.

You can also try Kernel for Outlook PST repair software

Hello everyone! Is there anyway to make outkook store every mail in a separate archive? in my company there's a backup software wich backsup our pcs if it finds any difference with what it previously had, and everytime it reads the outkook files, and I've received even just one mail since yesterday, it backs up all the whole file again, since it is storaged in one large archive. I've heard that thunderbird for example stores mails separately (that way, the software would only back up those few kb of those mails and NOT the whole thing), is there anyhow to make Outlook do that? please help. The constant back up is driving me nuts. thanks!

After importing the backup outlook started downloading the receiving emails, resulting in duplicates. Please can you suggest how to abort this.

Brian - followed all that for Outlook 2016 Windows 10 but it fell down at the account signup / import

Watching this on an iPad I can’t see much. It would be a good idea to make the dialogue boxes a bit larger for small screen users…my 2 cents worth.

Hello Bri, Great vid, I have done this for about 12 years with .pst I back up Outlook every 2 weeks and My Back up .pst is 2.6GB.
Will I have problems if the pst gets bigger and bigger. Outlook 2013 is what I use now, its slow on initial bootup use but ok after that.
