    Hi , thank you for going ahaed in this way. May I ask you, whats meaning of "Iteration" ? Is this meaning of "guess".
    In fact, i found that meaning of increment , but what is "iterations" in per a increment???

      Hi.
      You are welcome.
      Iteration does not mean guess completely.
      To do the iteration, Abaqus uses the Newton-Raphson method. It starts with an initial guess then several iterations will be done. If the final answer does not satisfy the convergence criteria, Then a cutback will be made and the equations will be solved again using a new time increment size which is smaller than the previous time increment size. Abaqus/Explicit does not do iterations at all because it uses forward integration scheme.
