Strawberry Custard Tart

This strawberry custard tart is absolutely delicious and oh-so eye-catching. Now is the perfect time to make it with fresh and affordable strawberries. You will need:
A sheet of puff pastry
160 ml Greek yogurt
2 eggs
50 ml honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
220 g fresh strawberries
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, add the yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Unroll your puff pastry sheet and poke a few holes in it with a fork. Pinch the corners and fold the sides a bit to make a wall that will hold the batter.
Pour the batter into the puff pastry shell you just made.
Wash, clean, and cut your strawberries. Place them on the surface of the batter.
Bake your tart for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
