Oh wow how absolutely gorgeous ❤️✂️😍🦋 love the shiny look, love the embossing idea, love the 3 layers wow wow wow. Thank you so much for mentioning! I hope you don't mind me sharing your video ❤️ Thank you so much for this inspirational video. PS. I need that embossing powder 😅
Thank you Marta, you can share anytime you like! ha ha. Thank you for all the love and support, means a lot coming from one of my favourite 'Pro's'❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful card. I’ve been using the bead tray for embossing for years. You are the only person on utube I’ve seen using it. Works great for me. In Australia.
really, it's amazing. And so funny because it was someone in Aus that told me it's horrible for them! i couldnt live without it, i make the biggest mess every time with paper
2 solutions to the 'even border' problem, if you have a grid mat, apply your tape using your lines on the mat. If you don't have a grid to use, just use a larger piece of paper that can be cut down after the fact. Beautiful card!
Thank you, for your time and good ideas. These are really helpfully. It is petty, I m from Austria and UK are not longer EU and the beautiful things are very expense for us. So I must find suppliers in the EU. 🌺🌼🌸
Ha ha, im Sasha, Sasha... Ha ha im often called Natasha, but im happy if people mistake me for her, she's AMAZING. ha ha. Thank you for watching Jacqui :)
Hi! I just stumbled across your channel. I love this series. It’s Saturday night and I am enjoying binge watching this series. I love your channel and style.
Thank you Sasha for another beautiful card. The 3 coats of embossing powder was a great tip to really bring out the shine. I also loved that you added pretty glitter accents. You cards are always great inspiration for me. Thank you for all your time and energy in bringing these wonderful videos to us.
@@SashaReade I used some one 2 of my holiday cards and ordered some of the holographic embossing powder. Have plans to use on some snowflake holiday cards 🤔😁
This is such a beautiful card! I could not make this in half an hour, haha, I would just look and could not decide what beautiful stuff to use for this technique. The embossingpowder on the buttyerfly is such a great idea to do. Maybe I would have traced tiny lines for the edge masking to speed time a bit. I love these kind of videos, thank you 🥰
ha ha, well if you copy my idea then you already know all the tools you need. And yes, need a faster edge laying technique. this is the only time where i feel it would be helpful to have a glass mat for lining things up fast
@@SashaReade I have a glass mat, but I still need something to figure out the best way to use it for aligning things. 1. The glass is slippery, so you need to tape thepaper, or make the glassmat magnetic, to prevent the paper from sliding. 2. The glass is thick and the lines are under the glass surface. As I am using reading glasses, I have to look at the same angle to keep straigt. 3. For now I prefer to use my T ruler. I tape the project aligned to the mat and hook the ruler to the edge of the mat and draw tiny stripes. 😲 Bit of work still...
You are amazing! Your ideas help me pull out things I've left in a bag that I thought I'd never use! My cards are getting better...thanks for your help.
Now I WILL Definitely Make a Stamped Handmade Card!!! I've wanted to for some time now, but was unsure of what supplies I needed. THANK YOU so much for the list of supplies. Now I know the correct things to purchase. Also, THANK YOU for sharing your wonderful talent and outstanding instructional video.
Thank you for responding. It's a wonderful feeling knowing you took the time to not only read but also respond to my message. You are an amazing artist as well as an amazing, awesome, inspirational person. I've gathered materials this weekend and excited to now actually going for it thanks to you. Thank you again
@Sasha Reade You can use the grid on your stamping platform to help you with lining up the tape. Beautiful card! I love the soft but sparkely background and the glossy butterfly.
Hi Sasha, about the tape...Aliexpress sells maskingtape, it's white and semitransparant so the lining up is easy. The (smallest) 12mm tape is around 1 euro for 20m. You can also use washitape or painterstape, when it's too sticky you can warm it up with your heattool and it will come off. I hope it solves your problem. I have butterflies like these, thanks for the tips!
Was wondering if you could tell me how to find Alina's store in aliexpress please . I clicked on your links for the thread and the tape but there was no mention of her actual store. Have never done more than browse on aliexpress but whenever I see products from alinacutle on You Tube channels (or whatever the proper name is,) I am wanting to order. Thank you for your help.
So the easiest way i tend to find her shop is I type into the google search bar "Alinacutle ali express" and then it pops up. You cant seem to search for a store once you're on the actual Ali Express. The only thing used today from her shop were the sequins, i have linked those in the description box, that should also take you to her page. Any questions just ask :)
I put a link in the description box, it's not made purple any more sadly, i think it's grey or pink now, but if you click the link you can always use the title of the product to google search and see if you can find one in a colour you like :)

Tip for your bead tray ... rub it with your anti-static pad ... embossing powder won't stick; you won't even need the brush. 😁
LOL LOL I thought your card was fabulous BEFORE you added the beautiful butterfly and sequins. Absolutely gorgeous. TFS.
Gorgeous card ❤️ For getting tape on evenly, if you lay your card on a mat with rulers it's easy. ❤️
You could even lay the card panel on a piece of lined paper to help get the tape even & straight all the way around.
definitely exploring some options for the next time that's for sure, need a faster method!
Those butterfly pictures are so beautiful and have a great selection of colors and sizes. Love your card ❤

Your card is so lovely! Grid paper is an easy way to get your tape straight & even. You can even print free versions.
Gorgeous card Sasha! And I'm right there with ya.....I too Loove anything holographic. 🤗 Thank you for sharing Sweet Friend. Blessings
Thank you so much Donna ;)
Of course I now need the embossing powdery powder and the metallic thread. Thanks for the great ideas

Thank you :)
Hi Sasha, how beautiful your card is. You made it look so easy. Thank you as always x
Beautiful card Natasha! Colours are just gorgeous 😀. Who would have guessed it was so quick. I will have to give this a try. TFS
Ha ha, im Sasha, Sasha... Ha ha im often called Natasha, but im happy if people mistake me for her, she's AMAZING. ha ha. Thank you for watching Jacqui :)
Thanks for this series of videos. So many great ideas, tips and techniques. I use a square grid ruler to insure straight edges.
Ps: thank you for writing all products - and for your time 😊
A tip for getting straight lines is to draw on your tape with a pencil and then just line the pencil mark up with the edge of your card
Absolutely gorgeous!!! My printer is only black, but I will definitely be checking out Maremi's store. I ADORE butterflies!
You can use the anti static bag on the tray before you use it and the powder doesn’t stick to it.

A cutting mat with a grid on it helps mask off a frame on a card.
