I love how she adds her own touch to the song, as well as the rest of the band. This is not even a cover, is a full new version, and it´s awesome.

Yeah she never had singing lessons or something like that.
Within Temptation are my favourite band, so when I found out they did a cover of my favourite song from when I was twelve I did feel my heart pounding.

Lots of people have covered "Crazy", which I take to be proof it's a great song. But Sharon and Within Temptation put a truly beautiful spin on it.

It's the same artist. He just releases "serious" songs as Gnarls Barkley, and songs like "Fuck you" as Ceelo Green.

Great version, but for my opinion if they made the choruses even smaler and the verses greater it would be even better.

Kathleen Puentes Not true! Don't know where people are getting this, the original was by barkley and ceelo green. Bruno Mars has a song called old and crazy but the lyrics aren't similar and he didn't have any part in writing this

Not nececerly. I'm a huge WT fan but that doesn't mean I agree with every little thing they do.
Artists have to promote themselves. Why not do so by making kickass covers of other songs for a year? The last 15 years' worth of albums aren't going anywhere, and I'm sure we have more years of great WT songs to come.
I prefer the original, this one is way too "epic". I like the playful melody of the original song.
I get what she was going for, but they could've blown this one out of the universe with a heavy version. They wanted to catch us with this one, it worked but not as well as a heavy version would've.
I like this without the metal
The emotion isn't there. Gnarls Barkley has an emotion attachment. This sounds like a karaoke version. I love WT but trying to cover this song and Bruno Mars Grenada were a big mistake. No goose bumps like I get with the original Artists singing from their soul.
