ended up winning two 50/50s in a row one of which was early pity (39-40 pity), and then got a jean so now i'm gauranteed whichever character i want next. also got c2 sara and c6 sucrose (originally c1), and c3 xiangling. i'm very satisfied.
Theres a 50% chance of you winning the 5 star that is featured on the limited banner. For example, you want kokomi from limited banner. Theres 50% chance of you getting her instead of another 5 stars and vice versa. If u end up getting another 5 stars beside kokomi, the next 5 stars u pull from that banner will be guaranteed kokomi

I was gonna skip baal, as I've just gotten my yoimiya that I saved for. but then on baals quest I realized she was so fun to pair with yoi so I tried my luck. got her in 79 pulls and won 5050 also c6 xianling and c2 sara and sucrose and a sac sword very happy with my pulls
I got literally everyone on the banner c3 and Diluc but as nice as They all are im most happy to have sucrose and I guess Kujoh sara is good too, sad I didn’t get Raiden shogun this time but I can try a last ditch pull at the end of the event
If you equip Barbra or jean and go to the venti statue and sit in his hands after that put the timer to 11:11 and after the timer is done do a pull and you could get raiden or any character bc this boosts your luck
I guess the game felt bad that I lost the 50/50 on zhongli's banner for Jean, and decided to immediately give me raiden shogun on my first ten pull on her rerun

Soo umm weird story. I got yoimiya on my 75th pull and I pulled for baal 20 times but I only got xangling and kujo. So that means I passed the 90 guaranteed pull. Soo that's a real prob
that's not how pitty works, once you get a 5 star the pitty resets. the sistem is simple, if you never have pull before then you have to win a 50/50, that means 50% chance of getting the featured banner character and 50% chance of getting one of the standard banner. if you win the 50/50 (that mean getting the featured character) pitty resets and you have to win the next 50/50. but if you loose and get a character from the standard banner pitty also resets but this time the featured character banned is guaranteed, - this is the only case scenario were a character becomes guaranteed -
