It makes inferno dragon more threatening because usually when it makes it to and targets the tower, it is weak and dies before doing significant damage, but with heal spell it will unexpectedly survive and deal massive damage if they can't zap it or do enough damage to counteract the heal spell and kill the inferno dragon.
