The fact that the 4 ppl team (jk,yjs,,lks, gary) did not give up and persevered with a broken paper boat is just so heartwarming. And the 3 ppl team (sjh, jsj, haha) who stood up to the challenge of completing the task despite being the weaker members. Gosh what an iconic episode. One of my top favs!
One of the best, if not the best, Running Man episodes ever. From the big jenga, to crossing the Han river with boats they made, to the fun relay, and the unexpected ending. This was amazing.
An incredibly heartwarming episode, especially when Jae Suk's team fell into the water but decided to try again. Could've just given up but their perseverance and teamwork pulled them through.
I miss Kwangsoo and Gary. It’s been years of watching Running Man and I’m grateful for the cast and crews dedication to bring exciting content to us ♥️
Running man...still running until today. The variety show that I’m glad existed & I dare not to miss any single episodes of it! Their team spirit is on another level. This is Running Man & This Means More!
Definitely one of the best episodes. HaHa, Jihyo and Seokjin had such a great teamwork that they actually crossed Han river using a cardboard boat in 20mins, they had great balance and controlled the boat well. Jaesuk, Gary, Jongkook and Kwangsoo didn't give up and still were up for the challenge even when the top came off. Iconic.
This is one of the most iconic, memorable and touching moments of Running Man (also one of the best episodes). Everyone expected the F4 (Jaesuk, Jongkook, Gary, Kwangsoo) to be the aces and finish the race. The weaklings' (Sukjin, Haha, Jihyo) goal was to only finish the race and not finishing it up under 25 minutes because everyone expected the F4 to do it. The F4's persistence to finish the race is also amazing, just look how they did not even change their wet pants because it's time consuming despite it was winter at that time.
this whole eps is a master piece, started from jihyo falls asleep in top of jenga, the "posso posso" songs, river han crossing heartwarming, and then the ending was epic 😂. I really loved this eps
Not just once but twice. The first one is this episode the second one is with the students, I believe. No other show has done it that's why Running Man will be remembered if not the best but one of the best variety/entertainment shows in the whole world. The level of challenge reminds me of Amazing Race the difference is that they do it for 11 years and running. The dedication and art of their craft is on a whole new level.
This episode was so touching and heart warming. Really loved their teamwork and their dedication to finish the game no matter what. This is what makes Running Man the best.
I cried when I first watched this episode and I cried again today. Even though Haha started off the series playing the weak, annoying, conniving character, in moments like this, he shows his true self: a strong team player and an amazing team leader.
I watched this episodes when I was high school student. Honestly I just treated it as fun games, but when I already have a job and be a grown-up and watch it again, it's really amazing and so relatable with me. I used to be perceived as smart and will have a bright future. But, life is not that easy, I don't have the same career growth as my friends who expect me to be successful. I am struggling so hard and bounce back but I thought that even I bounce back and get into right track again, it's useless because I am left behind too far. But, after I saw this episode again, I realize that it doesn't matter if I am left behind now. As long as I persevere, I still can reach the same success as my friends have right now in the future even though I need more time to reach it. It surely ignites my competitiveness again after it died down some time ago. Who knows what the future holds.
Oh my god, I really love your comment and I agree with you. No matter what, we shouldn't give up and need to keep going. We should acknowledge our own efforts even if it is just a small effort but at least we did it and we tried. Everyone will be happy and successful when the right time comes. Just keep swimming.
Speaking as someone way older, just know that everyone has their own journey. You do not need to compare material success to others and happiness is not dependent on achieving all that "material currency". Be careful in judging your life/lifestyle with others as there are always challenges that each of us faces that are not shown to the world. Good job in your perseverance and motivation. Do what truly makes you happy and know your worth as a person can never be defined by material currency, as we are each a precious soul experiencing life. God bless you and take care.
@@swearingondustinsmother1 You shouldn't thank me, thank to RM members who show us that perseverance can be rewarding too even though you are not the first to achieve that. Right now I am in the right track, got a better job which provides me a chance to achieve more and prove my worth. It only needs 4 months of perseverance to reach my new beginning and I have a lifetime to prove myself that I can achieve more. If you feel depressed like my former self and don't see any hope, keep struggling. You don't know that couple months later, you may find much better opportunities than me. Good luck and keep going. Wish you the best.
HaHa did such a great job motivating his team. Being the motivator is such an essential role, especially when the odds were against them. He kept reassuring them that they’re gonna make it and they’re doing a good job, that they’re almost there. Tbh, he and Jihyo did the most rowing, they had their paddles in the water but SJ was just sweeping the surface I wish they had took notice bc if he did it properly they would have got there faster. But nonetheless im so proud of all three of them for making it. I even cried with them 😭❤️
I really think this is one of those moments why the OG members still does this show after a decade. The achievements that they can have is simply outstanding. Imagine creating a boat simply made out of tape and boxes. I would cry my ass off achieving this
Wah... this made me think that running man is a living proof that nothing is so impossible in this world. These people, the running man members (former or present), you're all incredible 👏
This is not only about competition and variety show. This is about Effort. This is about Spirit. This is about Friendship. This is about Teamwork. This is only in Running Man. Fighting!! 👍👍💪💪
This episode made me cry when I first watched it years ago and it's still making me cry now. The reason why Running Man has become an international and commercial success is because the members have such a genuine friendship and commitment to each other that no matter the mission, the guest or the setting, we can't help but want to watch them interact and be a wholesome little family together
Wooow this is such a good episode. Haha’s team was determined even if many doubted their plan. Jae suk’s team persevered even if met with challenge. Love this!! ❤
The first episode of RM that made me cry and emotionally touched. The way how the episode ended was very satisfying even if it was the PD's mistake. This episode is my all time favorite and very wholesome. It's legit my top 1 I would recommend to everyone to watch regardless if you are seeing RM for the first time or not.
this is the first episode i ever watched and that was almost 8 years ago.. still one of the best episodes yet 🥺 i love them so much they are my family!!!!
The old episodes are definitely different from recent episodes, but what’s unchanging is their teamwork and camaraderie! It’s been 12 years and the cast is mostly the same and they have aged together with us. There’s no other show that have stuck around so long with most of the original cast. It really isn’t easy to commit to film an episode weekly for so many years and work around all their other schedules. I’m so thankful that they are still sticking around and doing this show because they still make me laugh every week ❤️❤️❤️
Watching this really rewind the memories and bring back emotions. Idk why its so touching but my eyes got teary when their hard work finally paid off. Literally one of the best episodes in Runningman!!❤
what i always find most amazing is that without hesitation they declare that they'll retry it, and they adapt so well by removing the top part and just using the raft! no matter how silly they are throughout the show, runningman members are so strong-willed and clever
This is the most legendary, touching, heartwarming and healing ever! I almost cried when Haha's boat finished, but the seeing Gary's teary-eyed at the snd really touched my heart even more! Kudos to everyone!!!
This will be forever best episode ever. I remember how I cried and I was like are they for real? And was worried at the same time. And they made it. They supported each other. God, their bond are so so strong. Even now with the two new member they get along so well.. I am a fan of running man from SJK and lizzy was in the show. Until now I still do love running man.. they are all special in my heart
I like watching running man old version because staff always let members do hard thing and be more creative to do something and sometimes am happy to see them together to make sure they succesfully.
At first, I thought this game wasn't a big deal but then when you rewatch it over and over again, the lesson you see in the first time you watched it will change everytime you watch and this episode always brings me to tears. This clip always makes me feel and dream to go to Korea and go to Han River. This clip never gets too old.
the bond these running men have is precious and timeless. i've always known it coz their playful banter and chemistry isn't easy to achieve. but, this episode is definitely the one that shows how solid that bond is. 🥰
Look at how Kwangsoo cheered on other team at the end❤he is so lovely,Kim Jong kook looks disappointed, but Kwangsoo omg I like how he reacts for other team results ❤love him he is the kindest
One of the bessssssst! 👏 👏 it’s 2022 and still this episode still making me cry. Goosebumps!! Ace Song Ji Hyo, Haha & SukJin , such a proud moment!!!! They look so weak but they came up such a STRONG TEAM... 👏 the rest F4 well done with their best effort and fighting spirit.
This is definitely a legendary achievement. I still remember when I watched this episode, and how this episode motivated me to not give up with my studies!
it's 2022 yet this runningman moment is still one of the best in all their missions. I've already watched this video countless times yet I still tear whenever I watch it.
It's more than challenges, more than any games, more than friends but building a true family..This what makes the variety "Running Man"last long....cheers for more years of togetherness (audience, the crew and staff and the cast)❤️
If they ever decide to end the show (I hope that day will be far far away), they must come back to Han River and do this challenge for the last episode. Imagine going back here after 10+ years, putting it all on the line again to show that they still got it. Show that despite their age, the passion, the teamwork, and most of all, the incredible, umatchable spirit that only Running Man possesses, will live on forever. Imagine Gary and Kwangsoo coming as unexpected guests to help them out too (Jong Ki and Lizzy as well would be amazing) I'm sure that will be very emotional and the perfect ending for this incredible journey.
Me rewatching this and being emotional, as I know these legendary clips are impossible to remake now as they've old not just on age but on their health as well, but still i am and will be supporting running man. 9012 ♥
To add on, giving up something good and worth fighting for is the same as losing but giving up something had and not worth fighting for is the same as winning.
This episode bring back good memories of Running Man. Undeniable team spirit. Best part is.... Suk Jin did his BEST along side his team mates. Ji Hyo is highly commendable too. Not easy to row in this rough weather. Not forgetting Haha.... good leader and the undying spirit to lead his team to victory. Very commendable applause to the 'strong men team' too...
It's so emotional this episode It shows the Running man fighting and never giving up spirit It shows that they were more than just friends as they cheer and acknowledge each other sincerely
This is one of my favorite games including rip nametag, train dice, cooking, trying street food, forming a team in the morning, and going somewhere using public transport. I hope Se Chan and So Min also try games like the old school running man.
this episode was such a legend, they doubted the trio but they refused to give up. haha also played a great part by being the leader that calmly encouraged jihyo and and sukjin despite seeing the other team fall. haha can be be serious when he wants to and this is one of those episodes where he showed that among running man members he's a different type of genius
😢This episode is one of the best and heart warming episodes of running man . 😍😍 I've been watching this show since 2011 i was only 12 years old now I'm 22 it's 10 years already . I feel like they are my family i can't imagine passing a week without watching their episodes. The warmth the love the joy the happiness the tears they let us experience with them is the best the chemistry between all the members is incredibly amazing . Love you all ❤❤❤❤
me encanta runningman, es lo mejor que eh podido ver, y con este capitulo me emocione muchisimo, siempre nos mostraron momentos graciosos pero este en especail es muy conmovedor, los amo
Omg one of the best RM episode. Back then when I watch it, I was admiring them, but today I rewatched it again, I'm crying omg, I missed them so much. They've work so hard each week, and original RM was really awesome back then 😭😭 they really pushed their limit
I remember watching this episode with tears in my eyes. RM was in a rough stretch at this time. There was a recent change in PD, lots of complaints about the direction the show was going in and RM was consistently being beaten in the Sunday ratings. This episode began with the members staging a mock protest, stating the most common criticisms. The concept of RM vs Staff was rigged, since the staff didn't have to do anything to win, but hey let's see where this goes. Ji Hyo falling asleep on top the giant Jenga (from exhaustion due to her schedule) was already an epic moment. The relay game was classic RM fun. But this, this event showed RM at it's best. Korean variety is great when it shows a genuine connection between cast members. Haha encouraging his "weaker" teammates wasn't some put on story. He genuinely cared for them and they for him in return. Calling out to family and friends for strength is something we can all identify with, and the result was better than we could have possibly hoped for. Not only did they succeed, but they absolutely crushed this challenge. The design of their boat was sensible and their lighter weight also helped; however, they would never have done so well if they didn't believe in each in other. Then, when the so called strong team floundered, they persisted on completing the challenge, even when the staff offered them a chance to quit. Again, we could see the genuine care the members have for each other when the winning team members encouraged the others to finish. At the end, the Staff tried to fob off the twist as a mistake. But I believe the god of variety or some other power was watching over the cast. They had just given us one of the best moments an audience has ever seen on a variety show. It would have been unfair for them to get punished. An episode like this is why RM, despite changes, despite fumbling by SBS and the Staff is still going strong, when other shows like it have faded away.
This is the second time I literally cried in an episode the first was when kwangsoo left the show.. ...the most wholesome episode ♥️ deserves much more views and appreciation
This is a very special and meaningful episode. Really should do this again. Running man fighting! U guys are the best, don't need to listen to online keyboard warriors bad comments. U guys are the best.
This is my motivation video. When i felling so down, i used to watch this episode to motivate my self. Now, im back here today to boost my mood after just received a news regarding my contrat with my company will not renewed for next year. Please wish me for a new job guys. Thanks 😊
Had me crying watching them persevered and succeed. They give off one of the most touching lessons in life- nothing is impossible so never give up without trying it. Hopefully they remake this concept again in running man 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️
the camera shots, the background music, the idea/concept, the teamwork, the emotions, the never give up spirit, everything about this episode is perfect.
this episode was so touching. overcoming difficult situations as a team without giving up is so amazing and I'm still proud of the members to this day! I miss Gary and KwangSoo ❤
This is really touching. Even though the crossing the han river seemed to be impossible. They still crossed. They didn't give up. Even though these may seem a race or a competition. But the important thing is that they finished it altogether. Running man is really amazing. They're still running for many years.
The concept of the "old" RM and the PD team at that time is unique in the world, when it started, really for the history and memory of the entertainment show, totally different, those 7 people made it impossible, that everyone respects them all over the world perfectly... these 7 members went down in history, deservedly so...I won't even write about today, so as not to spoil this wonderful feeling while watching these scenes
This is one of the legendary Running Man episodes of all time! I miss those times so much, I wish they’d do an episode like this these days. But they aren’t getting much younger so we can’t really have to old version as well.
I am starting to love this show! Just began to watch one episode and it's so addicting. This show gives me happiness now at my worst time and it makes my weakening courage spark again. Thanks for capturing this good moment to inspire and entertain people esp. lonely ones like me. Fighting!
It was really emotional to see them working as one team, this shows the bod they have. Thats' why I love this type of concept in running man. But I was especially emotional on the Han river crossing episode.
This is so Touching.... This only proves that HUMAN is Capable of GREATNESS no matter how hard the challenges is..... Their PERSEVERANCE AND TEAM WORK was really amazing! 💪💪💪💪💪🤛
not only they crossed the river with paper boat, there was also an episode where THEY THEMSELVES SWAM ACROSS A COLD RIVER back then. Their power and teamwork was crazy
this episode made me cry seeing haha, sukjin and ji hyo made it up 🥺😭❤❤....and for jaesuk, jongkook, kwangsoo and gary not giving up and trying again😭❤👏👏👏

Imagine going back here after 10+ years, putting it all on the line again to show that they still got it. Show that despite their age, the passion, the teamwork, and most of all, the incredible, umatchable spirit that only Running Man possesses, will live on forever.
Imagine Gary and Kwangsoo coming as unexpected guests to help them out too (Jong Ki and Lizzy as well would be amazing)
I'm sure that will be very emotional and the perfect ending for this incredible journey.
Me rewatching this and being emotional, as I know these legendary clips are impossible to remake now as they've old not just on age but on their health as well, but still i am and will be supporting running man. 9012 ♥
26:07 Giving up is actually the same thing as loosing..... What a good word, thankyou RM..you motivated us..❤️
To add on, giving up something good and worth fighting for is the same as losing but giving up something had and not worth fighting for is the same as winning.
Missed them so much. The original 7 members and our 7012.
Their determination to cross the river was awesome...that why I love this epi...
It's so emotional this episode
It shows the Running man fighting and never giving up spirit
It shows that they were more than just friends as they cheer and acknowledge each other sincerely
This is one of my favorite games including rip nametag, train dice, cooking, trying street food, forming a team in the morning, and going somewhere using public transport. I hope Se Chan and So Min also try games like the old school running man.
I literally cried when they crossed Han River. So proud of them!
this episode was such a legend, they doubted the trio but they refused to give up.
haha also played a great part by being the leader that calmly encouraged jihyo and and sukjin despite seeing the other team fall. haha can be be serious when he wants to and this is one of those episodes where he showed that among running man members he's a different type of genius
one of the best Running Man episode.
Ep?
@@arinarad5176 ep. 178. sorry for late response.
Love you all ❤❤❤❤

whenever i watch tjis episode it gives me GOOSEBUMPS no matter how many times. THEIR ENTHUSIASM AND PASSION PATIENCE, TEAMWORK just so touching
This is the second time I literally cried in an episode the first was when kwangsoo left the show..
...the most wholesome episode ♥️ deserves much more views and appreciation
the way LKS gave SJH food before getting his is so heartwarming. #SIBLINGSFOREVER ☺️
I always get goosebumps when i see this scene, they did really well even this mission very dangerous for them
This is a very special and meaningful episode. Really should do this again. Running man fighting! U guys are the best, don't need to listen to online keyboard warriors bad comments. U guys are the best.
Ji hyo also won with the students to cross the han river competition even with the worst materials and now i am shocked that she also won here
This is one of the best episode of running man I swear I cried when HAHA JIHO AND SUKJIN OPPA DID IT ❤
This is the taste of running man. The pure essence! How many times must Jihyo remind me why she is the ace, the golden hand! She's bo joke!
This is my motivation video. When i felling so down, i used to watch this episode to motivate my self. Now, im back here today to boost my mood after just received a news regarding my contrat with my company will not renewed for next year. Please wish me for a new job guys. Thanks 😊
This ep really proved to all of us again, that "TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK.
JUST BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND YOU CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN" 💜
Had me crying watching them persevered and succeed. They give off one of the most touching lessons in life- nothing is impossible so never give up without trying it. Hopefully they remake this concept again in running man 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️
the camera shots, the background music, the idea/concept, the teamwork, the emotions, the never give up spirit, everything about this episode is perfect.
this episode was so touching. overcoming difficult situations as a team without giving up is so amazing and I'm still proud of the members to this day! I miss Gary and KwangSoo ❤
Wat an emotional turn it took 😭 especially haha encouraging them all the way without giving up
I am crying 😭
Thanks for uploading old episodes back. this bring lots of memories.
When the trio finished ji hyo and haha were dead tired but ji seok jin has lots of energy in him. This dude really exceeds his reputation
This episode was the most emotional one coz they crossed a big dang river with all they created ❤️
This is one of the legendary Running Man episodes of all time! I miss those times so much, I wish they’d do an episode like this these days. But they aren’t getting much younger so we can’t really have to old version as well.
This is one of the best episode of running man! I'm so proud of them 🤧
When I first watched this episode, especially this scene, I cried. I really cried. I got goosebumps too. 7012 ❤
This is the best ep for me, I cried with them when they crossed the HAN river 💙
This is so heartwarming..tears were falling down..miss those kind of episodes
One of the memorable episode. I cried back then, and again everytime they lifted up the flag. I’m so proud of them
I am starting to love this show!
Okay but the riding of that wave really was INSANELY impressive 🤣😍😍😭
OLD EPISODE BUT NEVER GET OLD.
I am happy for being running man fans since first year of its airing :))
