Easy. If somebody's looking for a tutorial hoping to get a straight-to-the-point, dense technical explanation and finds a video that's technically on topic, but is 70% equivocation and filler they might find it frustrating. For example, if the video title is "online store tutorial" then the video takes 40 seconds to explain that you need to click on the "Online Store" button and later mentions that it's not even a final decision there as it can be easily changed at a later stage, it will come off as wasting time.

This is a very informative video. I can just push past one item, I think I can set my website up. I'm selling collectibles, have a domain name, and a logo. Problem is that I can't get past the homepage wix has me use- which is a consultant page. The wix site when Iogin does not allow to change to my page. Is there a workaround? Thanks.

Really helpful man cheers. I would love to have seen also how to present product collections or store pages in their own grid gallery on a 'choose your category' kind of page, seems like an obvious step. Maybe this isn't possible on Wix but I'd have thought surely it is a common thing for most shops to arrange product categories on a choose your category page. Ie. In your example you have a Cacti, Plants and Succulent store pages hosting the products within those collections, I'd just love to know how to I present each off those collections/store pages with their own image/button in a grid gallery on a product 'category' page for people to navigate from to the products?? *These collections/store pages do not appear automatically on the main shop page for me with their own icon in Wix. I'm going to be really embarrassed if you've addressed this but I missed it somehow lol.
Update: It appears in the store itself you can't create a category/index page for the product collections (within the store area) even though it is shopping related (??) so the solution Wix offer is to build a page with a bunch of thumbnail images for each shopping category, put a title beneath each, and then link each image to the corresponding shop page for that category/collection. Seems clunky, especially when you start adding extra categories etc. There's probably a reason they do this but yep, that's the only way to do it, it appears. Please correcting me if there is a way.
Hi. Have just read your posts regarding galleries. I have a problem with my store. I need to have more than one page with a gallery. The problem is when I add a gallery to a second page all the images and text is repeated from the first page. If I then try to edit the second page these edits are repeated on the first page!!! Any help much appreciated.

Everything is fine
1.
There is no need to show a purchase at Wix in the beginning because that can be done later.
The viewer may be taken to believe that payment must be made before experimenting with the tool. Something that wix allows
2.
The setting up of pages or collection or shop to view on menu bar is complex and confusing. It takes Lot to figure out the difference between a shop and other pages.
3.
Photos settings is very confusing. Even when you choose image size to match its strangely out of the allowed areas.
4.
The worst is that product view has limited options.
You may choose number products per row even one which is great but then the price tag the description etc cannot be easily customised on page as far as placements are concerned. So one has to choose the pre defined layouts.
For example if I wish the. price to display at a certain point I cannot. Ditto with description and other tabs.
That makes all sites look about the same.
So it’s a great tool but the biggest disadvantages are
One picture setting can be very simple to vet complex.
Two the product display van be managed with some Imagination but the layout for product description price other details have to be on their pre defined themes.
