Can I float my option until the last iteration without reporting at the Bits Reporting Center???
After reporting at the campus will my seat will be completely freezed and I won't be able to sit in further iterations?
Can you please clarify below points. Thanks in advance.
1) Is there any advantage in filling all the options including M.Sc. I am interested only in circuit branches and just want to fill that. Is there any risk with that approach
2) Suppose I fill M.Sc options and get it, will I have to pay the fee to continue in further rounds. I am not interested in M.Sc options and don't want to endup losing my fee
2) Suppose I fill only circuit branches and don't get any in the initial rounds, do I have an opportunity to participate in further rounds (until last round). I am OK to pay the fee and try my luck for circuit branches.

I have a query. If i got some branch in bits counseling and if i want to opt out of counseling process. Will i get the refund of whole amount that i will deposit after 1st iteration(around 3 lakh)- admission fee+ 1st semester fee?

Mein kahoonga JEE pe hi focus karo and avoid siting in counseling

Bhaiya my marks are 318,should I fill preferences only till the branches I want so that I don't have to pay the 2 lac fees in earlier rounds if I am in waiting list?
Yes. Because if u are in waiting list u just have to deposit admission fee around 50k and remain in the waiting list for the further rounds untill u land in your desired preferene . But fill wisely according to the previous year cutoffs so u may not just remain waitlisted for all the rounds.

Brother i scored 246 marks.....i might have option for msc chem and bio...and i am confised which to take......i was able to study chem in 11-12th and familier with the subject....but looking at coursework bio seems a little more interesting....i am not interested in msc as a career...but opportunities in bio seems more interesting...plus bio seems to be lighter...so acc to u which should i prefer

@@srinivas19337 i think so. 90%+ chance because second paper was tougher than first paper. Should reduce the cutoff. Even by last year standards, you should get.

Bhaiya if previous year last round cutoff of lowest hyderabad branch ( Duat degree Msc ) was around 150 out of 450 , this year paper is out of 390
So let we consider the worst case if the cutoff don't decrease also, it remains same than also it will go 150 marks !, can this happen ??
And paper was also tough as compared to previous years

I feel that jee adv would hinder counselling process as it's occuring earlier.
But huge differences could be observed in 5th and 6th iterations, so its good to be patient and wait till end as anything can happen.
But am worried about fee refund in 6th iteration as he said there's no refund😬

But yeah ur right man, cutoffs will have a sharp drop from 4-5th and 5-6th iterations.. we'll probably have to decide on the basis of our JEE Main ranks that'll surely come out before them.
Tbh I'm as clueless as you, we have a month+ to think about it though.

1) less students have scored >=300, 1500 less than last year.
2) New branch ece introduced in Pilani.
3) Counselling is happening before Jossaa.
The resultant of all these factors cannot be predicted as of now.

Kr do , 1000 is not a very big amount , kahi cutoffa drop hua thora bhi , then u will repent later but it also depends on ur other choices through jee mains
