There were a few versions of this nebula, but I really loved the one with brilliant colors (I believe my reference photo was from NASA's "a photo a day") even though bright reds and oranges are still really tough for me to get right (more reason to work with those colors then, right?) :D
I love your art. This is so freakin beautiful. But the elephant trunk is still my favorite. 😉 How do you make these colours so transparent !!! ? Are these transparent pigments or you add liquin to make them like this ..
