Such a brilliant and incredible movie. It’s so New York that I can’t even describe it. It’s just the insane and wild ballad of a New York mad man looking for the thrill of a lifetime. But it still feels like just another story in this crazy city. It’s deeper than that on many levels but wow. Hats off to Adam Sandler, I never thought I would see such a dark and real performance by him.

I choose to believe that Goodtime and Uncut Gems take place in the same cinematic universe. Just different time periods
and I choose to believe the ending err... didn't happen (hope I didn't spoil it)? ThatCharacter was just too fantastic but to be fair I *_LOVE_* characters of that type (i.e. Saul Goodman).

It's a really good movie, first safdie movie I've seen. It's in full sprint from start to finish, full of anxiety and panic throughout, it definitely isn't a feel good movie
Do it. Very relaxing and cerebral movie. Eat and edible before and enjoy

You realize that he was playing that character in the movie. And the "professional settings" is the movie set that he's acting in and co-directing?
