I completely agree. My Five Below got the Valentine's Day squish so late and after Valentine's. It was a mess.
If you don’t want it to be a surprise don’t get the mystery squad, get one of the open stock ones🤦♀️ heck, the set this year I like the open stock valentine mushroom vs the mystery mushroom, because the cap is larger on the open stock.
i remember buying thes forever ago when they wer on sale-
They do it, to not get milked. Misters boxes are fun for the sellers, not for the buyers. If you want a specific one, you look inside. Better way would be to just sell them without the mystery.

But one day at my store there was 1 left at my store already opened, and I checked and That's how I got my Stacy!
