I agree he was and is one of the best front men there ever was and is. Nobody can replicate what he can do and the diversity in his songs and singing performances is simply awesome.. there have been those that try and sound somewhat similar but never can they duplicate his voice. The power that he had up on that stage was incredible for one man. I have never seen anyone on stage that has the raw power that this man does. He was and is an enigma. Is one of a kind no other can replicate and no other has his stage appeal. I don't care how old I get I listen to his music and it takes me back to when I was a teenager.. it blows my mind that it can still evoke so much emotion. I will listen to them till the day I die and one of his songs will be played when I pass. Doing research for a little project I was doing the things that I found out about this man and how incredibly awesome he was was astounding. A humanitarian, all kinds of records, so many awards and so much more that quite honestly no one man should ever possess all the that as he does. It doesn't seem humanly possible. People talk a lot of shit but if they look into a lot of his stuff going way back, they'd be shocked at what they learn. I'm not one to be surprised easily but every single performance that I see is a new surprise something in it is different than another. That's what makes watching them all the more exciting he doesn't ever do really one song the same twice on stage. Changes up all the time which makes it exciting.
Axl Rose is awesome even with his brain snaps which normal people have when pushed. I love his voice in that it makes me forget about things for a while, it relaxes me. I would love to shake his hand and thank him for all his hard work. Maybe one day hey Axl.
