If they offer me a coinflip for a lower amount I'm using that against them. If they're willing to take that lower price off a coin flip then they're willing to take that price without a coinflip. Worked at Sneakercon Philly. Person offered me a coinflip and said no I'll pay that price you're willing to go down to, started to walk away and they agreed.

Still havent been to any events but correct me if Im wrong, it doesnt seem like the move if youre not into paying resell or buying used. Plus the $30 per day for the ticket kinda cancels out whatever savings you find
Yea I'm not sure if there's a bulk deal or early rates so you save on days.. but honestly the convenience of getting the shoe on the same day kind of cancels out shipping and fess from the secondary market and there you have the opportunity to negotiate. The real win is definitely networking
Don't forget to know your prices and/or take your time to look it up! Don't rush to sell or buy.
