My thoughts exactly. I had postpartum depression and I put my son in our car to go to my parents' house every day. I just needed to be with other people who I felt comfortable with. After a few weeks I didn't need company. And my husband knew and he was surrounded by women at his workplace. They told him to spend time with me and the baby.

PPD? Nah, after you've had a kid, your body is not what it was before baby. You are very worried that your spouse or SO is thinking that you are defective...... and when the SO goes off and spends time with someone else, doesn't matter who it is, his mom or buddies or in this case some old friend... you get insecure and sometimes act out and with the hormonal thing going on, yeah it can get hairy, scary and sometimes destructive... Beings one is insecure they are going to be thinking the worst of these types of situations. This is when communication on BOTH parts is important. In most of these Cdramas, communication seems to have flown out the window and the women expect their SO to read their damn minds... that's not real life people.... to avoid these type of situations communication is key. Let's stop slapping a label on "moodines" as a disorder and using as an excuse to either dismiss if it's really PDD or if it's just the period of adjustment that women go through with all the body changes and the different priorities. The men need to understand this as well and support their SO with encouragement not estrangement.

Right, spending time with another woman because he didn't want to help her wife who was having a difficult time after giving birth. She wants her career, she wants to be a mother, she can do both! While i feel bad for both sides, this woman isn't just showing signs of PPD but also of mania. She was pressured to have a child from all sides , especially by her hubby and MIL. They even talked about having another child because she had a daughter, not a son, and this woman just barely gave birth. PLD is not rare. It's extremely common, so him being unaware and distracted by another woman is bull crap. Even his own mom doesn't believe in the existence of PPD. They just believe the wife is "acting up" for attention. Considering he's a seasoned pediatrician, it's alarming how he's missing the obvious signs of his wife's distress. Mania is hard to treat because the meds are strong but don't always work. If she's breastfeeding or having issues breastfeeding, it's even worse for her. Her reality and grasp of reality is off, but she's desoerstely trying to hold on. She does love her daughter, but the hubby tells her that she doesn't love the baby and is adding fuel to the fire. No, he doesn't deserve the hot mess coming his way, but kar.a doesn't see that. He just sees his side and doesn't try to empathize. She's a body full of rampaging hormones running amok, and her feelings and thoughts are off the charts. I've seen women like this, and i feel bad. Counseling and therapy to vent and get support is vital. Hubby needed a refresher course in PPD.

it's not in this clip but the Mom has PPD and she can't produce milk. the MIL and husband has basically been bashing her for not 'feeding the baby' and he's currently in an affair with a patient who has a baby (wonder who the father is)

Estoy viendo la serie y el no la está engañando, ni tampoco la está ignorando. Ella sufre de depresión posparto y no ve las cosas cómo son en realidad. El es médico pedriata y feliz con su bebé, también esposo dedicado, pero debido a que ella está en depresión ella es la que no quiere a la bebé y hace un caos de su matrimonio. El sufre mucho pero sabe que es por la depresión de ella. Si no fuera por su depresión sus acciones la constituirían cómo villana. A ver cómo termina serie, hay otros personajes principales.
Ela perdeu o emprego por causa dele, ele que contou que ela estava grávida e como não trai..,trair não é só transar com outra pessoa ele ficava bebendo com outra mulher porque estava entediada ficava com dó de outra mulher que estava com problemas mas e a esposa dele ele nem se quer notou o que estava acontecendo com ela.. então me diz isso é marido.. ele sendo médico notou alguma coisa nela como ela diz para a amiga ele é ótimo pra todos e perfeito com as mulheres se diz excelente pai mas com ela ele só a rebaixa em todos os sentidos.. isso também é traição..e tem outra ele não perdeu emprego por causa dela e sobre fotos na internet bebendo com outras mulheres e sim ele é alcoólatra.Por isso perdeu o emprego.
