I think it's pretty entertaining to watch them be a little serious on Day-Z. I mean I love watching them joke around and have a good time and things like that, but this is just as fun to watch.

Not sure why Goldy was upset about innocents being killed. We will ignore the fact its a game where trolling is allowed. But realistically most people with degrees in psychology can tell you to some degree the game represents how people would act in a real life scenario of surviving.
The worse enemy in a zombie apocalypse is NOT zombies. Its survivors. Because no matter how much you have, you will always need more to survive. And the only way to get more of anything good is to kill people that also are hoarding good things.
Lets say you have a good friend but 6 years into your survival together you just can't find anymore food. By the time you find some you may be dead, assuming there are no animals to kill. Suddenly your friends food looks very tempting. Tempting enough to kill him over. Its sucks but its fact.
God damn no need to write an essay here. Killing fresh spawns is the douchest most low thing to do. Obviously you're the type that KOS if you're pissed off about what he did.

Yes, given if the situation really happened I would indeed be a sociopath.Survival is not about holding hands and singing around a campfire. Supplies run out at some point in primal urges take over and you do things you would not normally do.
Most may say I am being ridiculous but I'm not pulling this out of thin air to justify my views. This is straight out of psychology and studies. So call it douchey but its real life.
Speaking of psychology, what the responses are showing to my comment is people are wanting to pretend they would be diffrent and not like what I am saying. They are pretending they would be "that nice guy" in such an event.
But since no one has been in such a situation they cannot assume they would not be a "sociopath". Just like when bank robberies something like 90% of people say they would try to stop the robbery.
And yet when the robbery really does occur something like 98% of people do nothing and freeze in fear instead. Much easier to talk about how brave and wonderful you would be online then it is to prove it in any sort of extreme situation.
I believe that any experienced gamer who has any bit of humanity in him or her will NOT behave with people in a real life zombie apocalypse in the same way as he/she does in DayZ Because a gamer knows the frigging difference between real life and a game.

I think that objects on a person that are where the person is shot should not get intsa-ruined, they should have like a 80% chance to be damaged, 70 to be badly damaged, and 30% to be ruined. Right now it is not at all realistic, if you shot in my backpack, you would not hit every single object to the point where it is completely unusable. What do you guys think?
