Taking the cargo from one point to another safely is important, once cargo is inspected by surveyor and approved for discharging, than it doesn't matter
@@dhonisachin1322 during loaded...when it's empty ...u have to keep it dry and clean, because inspector comes and inspects the cargo tank to approve the loading operation in cargo tank.
Their 2 are types of ventilation, forced and natural, in forced you run a fan and air is directed inside hold and in natural ventilation, natural air is allowed to enter inside by adjusting vent direction

COLD TO HOT VENTILATE NOT but what if we discharge the cargo in hot regions the exposure air will get into cargo and can form cargo sweat
