This anzai character looks mid and when i first saw him I thought he would be a grumpy character but when he started talking this character is actually interesting
Is it only me or anybody else also felt that Windbreaker was a bit slow after that shishtoren fight arc ended,, when fight was going it was easily 9/10 anime for me, but when the season ends it has become 7/10 anime for me...
It's meant to be like that; they're just tryna show the everyday life of Sakura, how he's adjusting to class captain, and also learning to interact with people.
I mean, 7/10 isn't bad lmfaoo Why do people think anything below 8 is bad. 5 is average. 6-7 is considered good. 8 is great. 9-10 is considered cream of the crop. Personally, Windbreaker is a solid 7.5 anime. It has a pretty average story but they transferred it into the animation media amazingly. Fighting scenes are compact and solid. A solid 9 rating would be Frieren. A literal piece of work in animation media. Literally captures everything on the board perfectly. From the sound, visual, and how they animated it. It has that nostalgic feeling like watching the first anime you used to watch when you were a kid but modernized.

Long answer: I'm not sure how TV critics and reviewers grade things, but at least for the service industry what I hear is, 8 is absolutely neutral. If a critic grades a provided service as 8, it just means that there was nothing wrong with it, but there was absolutely nothing good about it. 9 is somewhat good, and 10 is almost perfect, cuz nothing can actually be perfect. Anything 7 and below is actually a negative review, so it's kinda different from the common perception.
