The brand new trails at Glentress are here! Ride with me down the red & blue runs

Opening on Saturday 7th October, they are finally here! I got exclusive access to the blue and red trails at the brand new site that hosted the 2023 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships. This video shows the blues and reds only. There are a few trails missing from this edit (blacks) but they were still fenced off for work. So I'm hoping to get up there another day. But they will be fully open on the 7th of October.
The trails are riding great and by the time you watch this video they should be open for everyone to ride. Hopefully I can get additional footage of the black trails later too.

Great video, nice to have the commentary on the trails and follow your line. Wish I'd watched this before we went on Sunday to have a better idea of what to expect. Found the new blue descent pretty fast and the berms were steeper than I was expecting! Still, had an awesome day out 🎉

Thank for taking the time to say that 😀 Past riders of "blue trails" are fast coming down on the notion that the blue should be a red. It's great fun and requires momentum and little bit of bravery to ride anywhere near to its potential. A difficult proposition for most recreational blue trail riders. Good to see some bike park stuff. I think it is what the valley has been missing. It will compliment the more natural trails that already exist. Looking forward to opening day. Thanks for sharing.
