    still have no idea what the "balls of your feet" are?

    • @Skatexs
      @Skatexs  7 років тому +33

      Hey Raihan. I double checked Wiki and it's description is pretty good and relevant... "The ball of the foot is the padded portion of the sole between the toes and the arch on which the weight of the body rests when the heel is raised." Sometimes a beginner will think of balancing on a skateboard with flat feet, with weight distributed on the heel and throughout through the front of foot. Our point in the video was to instead have a more athletic stance which more naturally puts your weight on the balls of your feet. Hope that helps!

    one end of my skateboard is looser than the other, is that ok?

    • @Skatexs
      @Skatexs  7 років тому +2

      I've only heard of a very few skaters that do this on purpose. So probably skate it forward and back, decide which truck feels better and tighten/loosen the other to match. But hey if you think you like it better before, then go back. If you dig it, skate it.
