Intel HAXM Install is required to run this AVD quick fix | Fully Working (2023)

In this video, i will show you how to fix Intel HAXM. Intel HAXM is required to run this AVD in Android Studio. Intel Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager (HAXM) uses a hardware-accelerated virtualization engine that speeds up Android Emulation in a host machine. Without it, the Emulator is will not run. Android Studio shows an error dialog with the message Intel HAXM is required to run this AVD when it is not installed on your PC.
I will demonstrate step by step how to resolve this. I am currently using windows 10 on an HP PC. But i believe it will work for any windows PC.

Go to turn window features on and off.
Scroll down and select virtual machine platform.
Click ok. Let it load.
Click on restart when it's done.

I have hyper V on long time ago, always on. I found out the AVG terminate problem happen after install Android Studio Giraffe | 2022.3.1 Canary 11. I deleted everything relate to andoid studio, install stable vision. still same problem.

then you're probably running windows Home edition. you need enterprise, home or education. basically anything other then Home. Hyper V is unavailable in Home

For developers!... There are many factors when your emulators are terminated. One of the solution is just removing other android emulators for instance BlueStack, LDPlayers and other apps. They will kill your Android Studio Emulator. If your Hyper-V is off, try to activate it from Control Panel (Inside Turn Windows Features). And restart your PC.... I was in trouble because of them for some days. Now I am safe and cool.
