Hi Crisanto, ang ginagawa ko noong nagbebenta ako nyan at ang delivery ay sa umaga, late in the evening ko sya ginagawa para pag naluto na at tapos na lahat ng proseso, halosnumaga na at kontingnoras na lang ang iintayin. Matulog ka muna para me llakas.ka 🙂

Hi Jane, maganda mag costing ka ng actual, para iwas lugi, kasi iba iba tayo ng binibilhan ng ingredients. Make sure ililista mo.lahat ng nagastos mong ingredients, pati pamasahe, kuryente, lpg sa pagluto, etc. Then.kapag nakuha mo na ang total ng lahat ng nagastos mo, i-divide.mo ito.sa.kung ilan lumabas na.lalagyan. Then kapag na divide.mo na, yun ang puhunan kada tub, magdagdag ka ngayon ng tubo mo, mga P30-50.00/tub depende sa market mo. Dapat me tubo ka para sulit sa.pagod mo.
But to answer your question, ang price ko last Dec. 2021 for the 500ml (small) - P130.00 and for the 750ml (medium) it's P160.00.

After Nyan need po ba e freezer para tumigas Yung toppings? Hndi po ba titigas din PO Yung malagkit nun? Paturo po asap gawa ako bukas e

Hindi.kailangang i-freeze, titigas ang Ube Biko. Kaya ginawa ko after many trials, medyo malambot ang ginawa kong luto sa Ube Biko para kahit ilagay sa ref, hindi siya agad titigas. Maraming experiments ginawa ko bago na-attain yung lambot ng Ube Biko.
Mas maganda mag costing ka ng actual, para iwas lugi, kasi iba iba tayo ng binibilhan ng ingredients. Make sure ililista mo.lahat ng magastos mong ingredients, pati pamasahe, kuryente, lpg sa pagluto, etc.
