L&Q: Our journey addressing damp and mould

L&Q have been tackling damp and mould since April 2020 through their Healthy Homes programme, undertaking home visits, stock condition surveys, employing specialist contractors (and developing its own team), installing technologies, and engaging with tenants and homeowners to raise awareness and tackle issues. L&Q has also had to learn from past challenges to inform improved services going forward.
This event features David Lewis, L&Q’s Executive Group Director of Property Services and a discussion about how boroughs can share practice on damp and mould and stock condition more broadly.
