When you find discussion on ways to use characters optimally, could you link them in the description? I have Nungal on Global and I’m having fun with her + the HM buffer mage but I really want to know better ways and support for her to shine.
It’s probably just a rumor. There’s no news about canceling this mode on the Chinese server. In fact, my dedicated support rep mentioned they’re actively working on optimizing it, including balancing and other improvements. Right now, real-time PvP is just a casual mode. There are no rewards (except for some easy ones from a limited-time event when it first launched), no ranking system, and you can usually only play with friends. You can match with other players during special limited-time events.

The [Happiness] effect provides a [buff] to all skills: reducing NRG cost by 1 point, shortening cooldown by 1 turn after use, and this effect will be removed after any action. For 1- to 4-star Cocoa, this chance is 30%; for 5-star Cocoa, it's 100%. This is the only significant difference between a 5-star Cocoa and the others. From 1 to 4 stars, upgrading Cocoa mainly increases HP and the number of allies who automatically receive [Lunch] each turn (from 1 to 2). So, if you don't mind the [Happiness] trigger rate, even a 1-star Cocoa is quite useful.

Physical shields can stack with each other, and so can magic shields, but the maximum combined shield value is capped at the character's HP.
