I was 12 (i think) when i got my first boyfriend, we were together for a year and a half. there was a girl that kept flirting with him and they school went on a trip to france and they kissed multiple times and i found out when they got back. he was like "ill never do it again" and did it the next year as well (we were still together). we kept arguing so i told him it was over. he got with this girl 2 days after and she kept calling me fat and ugly etc. im now 15 and 2/3 years on her words still get to me and make me feel not good enough. boys near my age only want one thing and im not ready for that yet. if they cant wait, they arent the right one
I've had a similar thing, first boyfriend at 12/13 and within a month of our relationship one of my best friends told me he had asked her for "pictures". Did a little investigating on the subject, and it turned out this guy had harassed about 5 of my closest friends behind my back, and then threatened them to keep it secret. We eventually went to our school authorities. They refused to expell him and until quarantine we had to see him 5 days a week.

Sometimes ‘once a cheater always a cheater’ isn’t the case. In other cases, if the relationship is extremely unhappy but there is a huge amount of pressure to stay with that person, you feel there is no other option. This was the case for me. I was 13 when I started dating my 16 yo bf. I was young and hadn’t been able to grow up and find myself. I was so unhappy but my family loved him. I was with him for 3 years, we broke up in my last year of high school because I wanted to live my life. He went on our family holidays, did everything with us. The relationship was pretty much over for 2 years but neither of us felt we could end it and it gave me the desire to cheat - I know it wasn’t the right thing but the pressure was real. Just because I cheated once doesn’t make me a ‘cheater’. I am now in happy long term relationship and haven’t once had the urge or desire to cheat once. If you’ve been in my situation and are in an unhappy relationship, never fear, there are better things out there ❤️

butternut squash puree soup 1. halve a butternut squash lengthwise, drizzle some olive oil over it and rub it in to cover the whole squash. add some salt. then bake them, face side down, for about 40-50 mins on 425. take it out and let it cool. 2. in a large saucepan, bring 1tbs of olive oil to a simmer, then add a chopped onion, cook until soft and golden. add 3 cloves of minced garlic, cool for another minute or two. put aside in blender. 3. use a large spoon to scoop out the squash, and add to blender. add roughly 3 cups of vegetable broth (to taste, I like it thicker so I used a little less broth). add 1 TBS maple syrup, 1 tbs butter, dash of cinnamon, and salt and pepper to taste. 4. blend until smooth and creamy. I added butter a bit at a time when I was done blending, to make it creamier. when it's blended, it might be cool, so I transferred back to a saucepan and heated it back up on medium heat. ` (gently stir in some goat cheese to taste for an extra tangy flavor to offset some of the sweetness !!)

2. in a large saucepan, bring 1tbs of olive oil to a simmer, then add a chopped onion, cook until soft and golden. add 3 cloves of minced garlic, cool for another minute or two. put aside in blender.
3. use a large spoon to scoop out the squash, and add to blender. add roughly 3 cups of vegetable broth (to taste, I like it thicker so I used a little less broth). add 1 TBS maple syrup, 1 tbs butter, dash of cinnamon, and salt and pepper to taste.
4. blend until smooth and creamy. I added butter a bit at a time when I was done blending, to make it creamier. when it's blended, it might be cool, so I transferred back to a saucepan and heated it back up on medium heat.

(gently stir in some goat cheese to taste for an extra tangy flavor to offset some of the sweetness !!)
