Personally I really don't care if it's a bootleg or a k o finally I can get Masterpiece Beast Wars figures that are at least cheaper than the official ones and I know that people always say that you have to go for the official ones but when you're working on a budget you can't ignore it

so it is said !. For smart people who don't want to spend crazy on a figure, this KO is the best option. Takara lovers refrain.
I don't see a problem, so long as the product is decent. I have a Tracks, Bumblebee, Starscream EG-01, Hound, IT Megatron, Sideswipe, and a ginormous 21 inch Devastator combiner set. They're all pretty good, 'cept for Sideswipe's alt mode, which is just kinda passable.
At first it seems like that but this figure, i buyed it and this is a disappointment. One finger came down when it was standing, the shield broke when i was transforming it and the head keeps coming off. Trust me get the masterpiece the difference if you get the figure are gigantic
Well $80 versus $250+ id say it's a pretty darn good KO!!
I hope that company continues. KO's are unfortunately the only way a lot of us can afford to get these nowadays.

The saturation of brown they used on the stripes is much more screen accurate, as is the metallic blue than on the authentic. It's a shame that the actual quality isnt there. I'm holding out for Infinite Transformations' take. Hopefully, they'll reduce the pink in Dinobot's rotate blade to more of a straight chrome while keeping the darker saturation of colors and the metallic blues.
I'm aware that his scale is also just a smidge too big, but I highly doubt they'll be able to change that. Added diecast, especially in the feet of both modes, would help give the figure more stability and a lessened likelihood of breakage on the dino mode claws. The only other real change they could make to the electronics is if they fixed the parasitic battery issue that some of the authentics had upon release(I got stuck with one of those). Accessory-wise, there's not a whole lot I can think of besides his makeshift "hammer" from Code of Hero and maybe some additional battle-damaged pieces to recreate his death scene.
📦Just getting into Masterpieces this past year & KO’s have been dutifully keeping strides so I’ve indulged in the oversized above all others. Zero complaints thus far. Your vids have been a life saver 🛟 in this regard & you have my Thanx (& subscription). Please keep helping us collectors grow & fine tune or hobby. 👍🏿

Oh well. I've already pre-ordered it from tf-direct last week for $75 after discount. I knew it wasn't going to be top notch, since it's $20 less than the Infinite Transformations one. Then again, it's $200 less than the original.
Hey! Nice review. Mine came yesterday on 29th of June (my birthday) and there is no quality issues. I prefer the paint on the face on the KO.

I've just received mine from tf-direct. I'm pleased. Thanks to your review, I was careful not to force anything, nor get cut by those claws! Tight joints (except for one of the dino arm elbows a little loose), but no breakages so far. It seems to have the same minor issues as with the original, esp. the legs. Darn it, tf-direct has it for $70 now!
They couldnt fix the rose gold on the sword? They could change the face color, but not the sword.
Its actually pretty acurate to the show and the original figures. The show did have scenes of it being silver but i think that was an animation error, even the new Kingdom set has his sword pink.
Could technically get this and the official to replicate that one episode with the Dinobot clone

I like the metallic face more actually haha. I feel like his face was super metallic in the show
also the heel of my figure was detached. i regret it greatly. because i forced it even its too tight. now its glued. i thought it was an original kit. it comes with a blank box. until i saw the KO megatron. it looks perfectly identical. anyways, im happy and satisfied with it. im planning to buy the toysmage version megatron and hopefully complete the beast wars characters. nice comparison. really cant spot the difference. its a good substitute for the original with a cheaper price.

Am I crazy, or does the head also appear more narrow on the KO? The original was wider. Noticeable around the mouth where the cheek plates are closer together on the KO.
The LR44 battery bought from amazon does not fit. Do u know which battery to buy?
So many gaps in dino mode, neither the KO or the official look at all appealing to me.

Does the KO Infinite Transformation have the retractable teeth like the Official One? I can't figure out how to pop them out.
think ill be going with the IT myself. this one looks aiite, but the IT is hardly more expensive & will be better quality.
regardless, im stoked to be able to own a MP Dinobot.

Thank you for saving me some cash, for now. I was tempted to pick this up for a Grimlock repaint but I think I will wait and see how the other KO goes.

Just received mine today he looks so good I haven't transformed him to robot mode yet.
Update: tried to transform him but a few pieces broke off can't put it back together extremely disappointed how fragile this figure is now he's in the garbage a shame what a waste of money 😭

What's the difference between 3rd party and 4th party?
To my understanding, 3rd party are some well known factories like BMB and Weijiang, while 4th are those less famous

I'm so glad I have the official, the paint on this looks so bad and by that I mean like the colours are way too dark or light. Its not terrible if you don't have the official but I much prefer the official.
Optimus prime is the best so far from the Beast Wars Line .

Still looks like trash in velociraptor mode. I'd hate to see how Takara and the folks who do the straight KOs handle Dinobot II (the Transmetal 2 clone). Despite this - because let's be real, MP34 (Cheetor), MP43 (Beast Megs), & MP46 (Blackarachnia) look kinda trashy in beast mode, too - I wonder if Infinite Transformation can fix the fundamental flaws of the molds for Dinobot, Beast Megs, & Blackarachnia???
They've only made slight modifications with hardware on TT's MPs. The two things being (the only things they've done) is LT-01 and their upcoming Dinobot. What makes you have faith in them being able to completely change the engineering of those MPs? MP-43 looks trash in beast mode? That's probably the best beast mode for any Transformers toy.
Getting a proportioned bot and good beast mode is difficult, it's surprising that MP-43 looks as good as it is. BA is the worst case of TT compromising beast mode for bot mode though, but I think more people would prefer that anyway. Bot kibble is par for the course when it comes to beast modes, you can't easily hide them as well as normal Transformers.
