Loving your videos, I am just learning lawn care and you are instrumental in that journey for me. One tip as an ex pavior, trowel out a groove for a 2 to 3 meter long scaff bar in to the root zone, placed about 1-2m away and parallell to your edge board...level across to it and level up the scaff bar with the edge by compacting root zone under the bar. Then screed using a length of wood from edge to bar. Pull the bar out and back fill the groove with a plasterers trowel. If you have two bars you can do lawn edge to scaff bar then scaff bar to scaff bar and so on.... Hope that makes sense.

I laid pipe on the sides of my lawn which were made level with top edge above the soil, then used a 6.5mtr straight edge to screed the level like cement. Then drilled holes in the pipes to provide easy drainage too. Will be doing that again soon it is 11 days since glyphosate.

You could do with a little helper to help you screed with a long plank of timber, one man each side. I always wondered why you have fescues and bents in turf, now I know. You learn something new every day, cheers.

Hello Daniel , just to give you a progress report on the BIO-BOOST . I am over the moon with results , even after about two weeks . My front lawn has always struggled to look lush . despite being scarified, aerated etc . The BIO-BOOST seems to have transformed it in the two weeks . It is thicker , greener , and more healthy .
For years I thought it was poor soil , poor drainage , poor exposure to sunshine but whatever is in the BB it must really have needed .
When would I need to top up just to keep it looking good . Thanks for the videos , a great technical help for amateurs .
