Great tutorial, but your live site seems to be broken. I built the project and it worked as recently as 11/17/2022, but we've both got "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 ()" errors on all of our AWS queries. Trying to figure out what's changed, but if anyone else figures it out, let me know :)
Dylan, thanks so much for this tutorial. It is the perfect level of detail without getting overwhelming. Quick question, where is this code actually running after you've pushed to AWS cloud? Is there an ec2 instance running or does amplify spin something up to execute or create a lambda in the background?
Thanks. Please do more serverless tutorials. Something like an advanced todo app with user registration, login, and authorization for different role like normal user and admin user.
Thanks for the input. Stay tuned, in the next couple of weeks I'm coming out with a series all about the process of building an app from scratch 😎 It won't have auth but hopefully still useful for you.

Module not found: Can't resolve 'aws-amplify'
solution: npm install --save aws-amplify
I appreciate you sharing your problem and solution for others to learn from. Thank you

I'm so glad it was helpful! Amplify spins up an s3 bucket to host the site. (and other cloud resources)
I do all the things but no table appears under DynamoDB.

Glad you like it!
Hi, I wanted to ask is aws amplify free or have a free tier until a certain amount of usage like firebase?
Amplify itself is free but the resources provisioned by it are normally under AWS's generous free tier like firebase.
