- This is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 that lets you see how fast you can beat all the bosses from both Sonic 1 and 2!

It might also work leaving it in the compressed folder... But you still need the emulator. The one I added to the description is the one I used to make this video. It is my favorite emulator for Genesis games!

I think it's very clear my Sonic gameplay was quite bad 4 1/2 years ago. It's one of the many reasons I wanted to become better at platformers in general.
Fast forward to 2017, I'm now a former world champion of Rayman Legends (on Wii U)! My overall gaming skills have improved greatly since this video. Does anyone wanna see me tackle this again? I'm dead sure I can do better now. Maybe not perfect, but infinitely better than this train wreck of a run... haha!

Well you need an emulator to run the game but a mobile device or computer is optional
Sonic 2 Eggman Bosses
the Labyrinth boss is the hardest I tried it but it was the hardest out of all Sonic games delete

The final boss of Sonic 2? Easy? Yeah, sure... :p
In the original game, you can't get any ring in the last level, you have to fight both Silver Sonic and that robot without getting hit once. It's nothing but easy, especially the first time around. :3
In any way, get yourself Winrar and 7zip, they should be able to open pretty much any archive, if the file inside them don't work, you're doing something wrong, or it's simply damaged. Get yourself Sonic 2 on Megadrive, too. ;)

I tried WinZip (which worked for Sonic Classic) but for some reason I always end up with an uncryptable .bin-file with Robotnik's Revenge. Can you guarantee that Winrar works better?

Well, I never had any trouble with Winrar, and everybody use it... I also have 7zip, which can open some archives that Winrar can't, and that's about it, I don't remember having any problem opening anything.
Now I'm not interested in playing this hack, so I can't really tell, but as far as I know, when you fail to open a file after extracting it, the program you used to do so is rarely to blame. So you're most likely not using the right program to READ the extracted bin file. :/

Well guess what? On the final level of Sonic Classic you have to battle against Silver Sonic and a giant SS- Death Egg Robo hybrid and you start it without rings. Knowing the boss mechanics doesn't really help there; Robotnik will shoot spiked arms that will home at you - twice. Plus you can only hit him when he's bending down shooting the arms. After around 100 tries I've managed to dodge the arms only once. If you can beat this boss without rings you will earn my eternal respect.
