First of all I really like Jason Thomas, but to be honest, to listening to him on this subject and some other subjects lately it’s like he walking on glas protecting his own media career and don’t make any enemies by telling his real thoughts about the situation or asking riders the real questions make me sick and tired of keep listening. Specially when he are brutally honest and real when it’s subjects where he can’t get any backlash.I’ll get it it’s a smart move career wise but then again, you can’t call yourself media if you decide to tell the your truth depending if it will benefit you or not and shy away from the truth when it’s not. 🤮
I will throw this out there, Chad is in the Deegan camp. Which means someone in the mx industry in Aus, told him about the clause. Chad being Chad maybe said if you want to build the rivalry, say you are in and stir the pot. Deegan said that's what we do .......publicity. Put the Lawrence boys on the back foot and ruin their trip, make them angry and agitated because nothing else has worked to beat them in USA. Deagans win either way. Like i said Publicity..........and all off the Lawrance's back.
Deegan wasn’t in the clause, the clause was apparently a safety clause and ando, barcia, friese and roczen was in it, nothing about deegan. His was a financial thing due to the last minute decision, he was notified earlier in the year but only contacted them a couple Weeks ago.
Hey JT you forget to mention who misses out in all of this.... the fans. .... However if the roles were reversed would the outcome be different. Probably not
We know once Deegan hits 450 he will be the most popular rider if not already. The Lawrence’s have been welcome with open arms here in the states and turn around and do that. I would be pissed if the rolls were turned. Whatever happens in the future I will not feel bad for them. Deegan has the biggest following it is mind blowing the promoters did not cry lol the kid feeds off this and will smash. After last night I’m done listening to pulp after last night. The guy says the deegans are not nice has he listened to himself? Promise if Deegan did the same to Jett and Hunter he would not be on his podcast defending them he is paid by the machine. Steve always makes a big deal when Brian defends his son after steve continuing running his mouth. Typical liberal
Open arms lmao. They can hardly get a word out without people hating on them. Maybe in the 250s but once Jett moved up and started winning, a lot of them turned so I disagree on that. Look how quickly everyone is believing they banned Deegan. Did some new info come out on the podcast that proved the Lawrence's did anything? Genuine question, I'm holding off on pointing a finger until we get something other than speculation and a vague post
@@ninjah2304 yeah I don't expect to see the contract. Even anything from Haidens side confirming yes I wasn't allowed to go because of Jett and Hunter. If he isn't confirming anything himself, it makes me think that if he does and its untrue, he has himself a defamation case. Because why not, if he's banned? Like he is already banned just say it so we know. This is when we find out the true nature of the crowd and how fickle and quick to jump to conclusions they are Its like a me 2 case. @TroyMcGennisken lol yes Haiden and Jett are about 2 years and 4 months difference in ages. Jett also started running a 250 competitively in 2018 4 full seasons before Deegan in a similar class. Jett went to the pro 250 3 seasons before Deegan. Jett also went to the 450s half way into Deegans first year of professional riding in 2023. So what's your point? You are trying to compare apples to oranges based off their career progression and age. Deegan was still riding an 85cc when Jett started his 250 career lol. You don't think riding experience makes a difference? Good for Jett they started him early. Where would Haiden be now had his family done the same with his career? It's not like he wasn't riding his father's 450 at the age of 10, they just chose a more progressional path for his riding career. No one knows unless they have a crystal ball where Deegan will be relative to Jett along a similar experience path. And honestly who was Jett even competing against a the time of his run? The only person comparable would have been Sexton a rider known for choking and washing out the front end every chance he could. Tomac wasn't even in the picture, Webb was far from being at the top of his game, AP though good wasn't going to be a threat. So what rider(s) did he accomplish his feat against. Not a single one were or are currently known as a game changer in their sport. Hell Sexton lost in 2022 to Tomac and was handed a gift of a championship in 2023 because of a Tomac injury. So it's not like he was truly the man to beat when Jett made his run against him. He was a defacto champion because the real competition and top competitor was injured. That's not to say Jett isn't amazing at what he does but stop with the bs when we all know experience wise Jett was thrust into a professional career way faster than Deegan so the level of professional experience isn't the same. The fact that Deegan is almost 3 years behind in that sense and all of yall are crying omg Deegan Deegan all the time says enough. Why make such a big deal about him if you know your rider is levels ahead of him with so much more experience? Last year says enough, all it takes is one race to derail Jett because of his over confidence. Same could be said for Deegan in that sense but why cry about a kid who's so much younger with so little experience in comparison?

Can't say anything negative against the Aussies

Whole lot of words.
Nobody's gona watch aus open boring fans loose again thanks to the Lawrence sisters should return the tickets empty stands
I'm going to watch 😊
It's worse than that, not only do the fans loose, but they also lose.
I understand if a rider is injured you don’t have to race him .But just to not want to race someone .

You would think the Mulisha or Deegan ran though one of pulp guys ex missos with how sour he is towards them
he could of gone to 450s.
But he wants to be thew bully in the playground.
Doing what daddy never could do.
Why should he or would he be expected to advance out of the 250 class any quicker than those that came before him to include Hunter or Jett?
