You all need to chill... Even if he did do it we need the fax, the evidence, thats why laws and court trials exist in the first place..
And who's to say HE did do it when there's literally bo substantial evidence.
I'm a huge Melly fan but I'm not in support any act of crime or violence, and if he really did do it he should get punished for his crimes.
Basically what I'm saying is we all need to be fair, I know some melly fans out there might be bias and against the persecutors, but you really can't blame them., they're literally blinded by the love and adoration they have for him.. And with no substantial evidence on board i believe they have the right to do so..

No the cellphone pings shows a "phone " was present not that Melly was. We do not know for sure if Melly was present based just of the CAST details. You know the phone that the state had a hard time saying it was Melly and that his Manager turned in to the police. Yes that phone.
What the state has to prove Melly was present at that location at that time not the phone.
For example, I left my phone in my Mom's car for a day. She drove around here and over there, but this dude was not present. My phone wad but not me.
Now in the Jurors they would have to connect dots to say this is Melly phone and he was present and based off circumstantial evidence. This the state prosecutor provide enuff for the 12 people in a room to connect those dots? Did the D-team introduce enuff reasondoubt.

Now come on, everybody knows he’s guilty. They just have to go through this process because that’s our judicial system. I mean the evidence just outweighs everything that they’re trying to bring up.

In a jury sense your supposed to go off the facts of the case not assumptions…clearly dude has something to do with it…but if u take out names and his status as a celebrity, and just go by person 1 and person 2…(person 1 being melly)…and u see person 1 has no residue on hands, no dna in car but on the door handle…and no weapon? Would be very hard to say person 1 is without any doubts guilty…
