  • Chickpea flour is a healthy alternative to regular flour and wheat flour. It is rich with vitamins minarals and fibre but has half the carbohydrate of wheat flour. It will keep us fuller for longer.
    Enjoy a healthy breakfast using chickpea flour and egg.
    chickpea flour - 1 cup
    Atta - 1/2 cup
    cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
    Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
    Onion powder - 1/2 tsp
    Garlic powder- 1/2 tsp
    ( if only using garam masala or pepper powder add 1 tsp or according to taste)
    Egg- 6
    Onion- 1 medium size
    we can make 6 medium sized pancakes with this batter.
