Another big whopper of a locker that I bought for just $1. This one looked mostly like a trash locker from the doorway but it almost immediately starts to look much better as we open a couple boxes. This locker could be one of our biggest surprises lately... let's see what we find!

I always have a good time hanging out with you. Looking forward to the next episode. It's crazy but I have tons of paperwork. That started with my kids in school. We have a large family. His mine ours, 8 kids. And we fostered over 30. And now that the kids are grown. And out of the house. I can get rid of it all. And now I am a palliative care patient. So that is a slow process. But I still want to get it done before I pass. I don't want my husband to have to deal with it. Because he would just shake his head. And throw it all away. Instead of getting the good stuff separated. 😅

For a $1 locker, you really found some exquisite items!!! I like that fancy hat on you! I know you were excited in the beginning, finding the jars of coins!!! Minus the stinky poopy rat mess and some garbage, you didn't do too bad with this one. I can't wait to see the rest of the boxes!

That Sonics jacket is really cool! I'm in Seattle and we miss our Sonics. After the 2007-08 season ended, the team relocated to Oklahoma City, where they now play as the Oklahoma City Thunder. Boo!!

Weber grills are great. That's the only kind of real we use. That one runs about 4 to 5 hundred dollars

In the back of the unit I noticed you found a large gri stonewheel. The grindstone come from a small town on the tip of Michigan's thumb region along Lake Huron.
I love Merrill shoes. Very comfortable. Very nice locker for $1.00. But I am not sure you will make your money back...said tongue in cheek!

FYI Jana Summit doesn’t make those overcoats any mor. They make puffer jacket. That coat is selling for £62 on eBay secondhand. I’m sure you’ll get more because of its condition. It’s Mongolian cashmere 😉
I think that briefcase may have been eel, I had a purse the same color, and pattern.
The wooden shoe trees are actually quite pricy newlike 40-60 dollars a pair. 😊

Marino wool is very expensive. it is antibacterial. You cannot even find a T-shirt for under $100 that is made out of Marino wool.

If you got a shoe repairman locally you could always take those high quality shoes to him. He will probably buy them from you to repair for his own sales. Just a thought. I know you probably come across a lot that look good but have bad soles. They repair those the most. Might get more than the flea markets there. Just a thought.
It appears to me that this gentleman may have had a medical situation that he never came home from and someone else put some of those boxes in there or he did when transfer to a nursing facility. He probably didn't think it was over and something went wrong. He may not have had any family. This unit is very interesting.
